The USA (where I'm from ) was just like Georgia, not many fans.but when the origin of love came out, a major fan base grew in the US so mika decided to come and tour North America. There really isn't much else you need other than a large fan group to get Mika to come, sorry.

But if memory serves right, I do recall Mika going to Georgia once

There are also a few other Georgian fans around here too, if you introduce yourself as Hanna suggested, you might be able to meet them!

I take it you mean that there are not many Mika fans in Georgia and that there will not be many Mika concerts in Georgia because of that. One thing I do know is that there is a thread where all of the Georgian Mika fans can talk and think of ways to get Mika more concerts in Georgia.
