  1. But you tell me that this is his father, i don't even know!

and no one who reads the newspaper will know...

In my opinion it's not about the message that the readers will «get» or knowing or not knowing who is it the pictures, it's about the principle behind. For example, in general when you use pictures and there are people in them, even when they are not the main subjects ( for example in ads, in ethnological surveys, etc.), if you can recognise the subjects, you have to have their explicit permission to use them. At least it's what they thought us at school... And this is for a good reason, to make sure that you are not violating people's privacy.

  2. Just dreamed i snuck in to the Serpentine Gallery Summer Party (the one Zulekia and Mika attended in 2012)

I was watching the party through a partly below ground window with my sister. We spied Mika in his red trousers, Zuleika in her black dress with her red cherries necklace and also we saw Fortuné. All of a sudden Mika turned himself into a little pink worm! Then Zuleika turned into a small red chile pepper. Then Mika turned into a chile pepper also. None of the other guests seemed suprised by this so it made my sister think this was a common occurance at parties. The Penni-peppers menuevered around the party by sort of wriggling/hopping along the ground with their legless tiny bodies. So of course my sister and i tried to turn into something so we could menuerver around the party unnoticed but we couldn't do it :(

Then sometime later Fortuné was with me instead of my sister. he told me to put him in the grass outside the window once he turned into a chili pepper so i did. btw Fortuné-pepper was the tiniest pepper of all the Pennimans. So while the three Penni-peppers slowly started to make their way through the grass Mika-pepper somehow got injured. i saw a human guest holding Mika-pepper's tiny pepper body (which had turned from bright red to mottled dark green). He was all wrapped in tiny bandages. Then i picked up Fortuné-pepper and moved him to some hard ground so he could move faster. For some reason i wanted him to get where ever he was going faster, i think he was on an important mission, and he'd gotten to part with a sharp drop off followed by a steep incline. So i picked him up again and said to him "turn dark if you want me to move you or turn red if you want to move on your own" and he turned redder so i put him back not quite where he started and watched him struggle.

    Then i woke up!

    ... :lmfao:

    I LOVE your dream!!!

Last time I dreamt of Mika I was in a school where some of the students were vampires and were trying to find out who was the original vampire amongs them. I was talking to someone when she suddently turned and pointed while saying, ''That's him, I recognize him!'' And it was, Mika, he just passed by and winked at us. The only thing I was thinking all this time was ''Why Mika is wearing a bandana on his head covering all his hair??'' :naughty:

  3. Let's just say he's probably pretty high up the scale, somewhere between 5,9 and 6 or so :mf_rosetinted:

Not because of this column though. Regardless of the truth, the way this column was written is very clever. By approaching it in this way, he is normalizing homosexuality and still linking the whole thing to gay rights. With all the remarks in there, about a large variety of topics, this might be his most political column to date, but because of the way he writes it, the way he makes the whole thing feel so brutally honest, it doesn't seem that political at all. It's almost like some of his songs. They seem nice and innocent, but they really aren't. Probably that is the reason I love this column so much. :wub2:

    Exactly :thumb_yello:

I love the way you describe this column, I think you're wright and it's why it's so touching.

  4. :tears:

    So beautiful and personal!

And it's a really good idea, everyone should at one point in their life write their state on mind for them in the future, I for one know that I should since I have so bad memory.I've done this only once, the day I started dating my hubby 8 years ago :blush-anim-cl: I found it by accident recently and :wub2: (I forgot I even wrote it ) Speaking of the hubby, he's also turning 30 in a month :naughty:

In the end I found myself crying, though I didn't want to. I'm 34, but most of these thoughts already came to my head - about global situation as well as about personal state. I'm happy that I'm not alone...

Being 10 years old, I wrote a letter to myself without mentioning the age in which I have to read it. I've lost it through the years, after all those changing of places to live....and it feels like I've lost something.

So, his article means a lot to me.

I wish he knew that he touched some hearts deeply.

Oh no! That's so sad losing a letter like that :huglove:

  5. About him telling 2 opposite things, it's not chocking me at all (even if I was not in Mika world in 2011 :teehee: so that's maybe why I don't feel hurt by it): sometimes people are really believing their own words at the time they say it, then life changes and they change themselves. So they will say opposite words one or 2 years after, but still truly believe in it.

They don't intend to lie to someone, they just changed their mind in between!

What I mean is that maybe in 2011 he needed to disappear to get inspired, but now he may need to be in the real life to write, who knows? I think he said something like that in an interview once.

    :thumb_yello: My thoughts exactly

  6. So my first thought was: What is this old thread with 60+ posts of an old rumour I never knew about

Then ... what this is for real!

All there is left is wait and hope for the best

If only he were a lady, he could multitask and finish that album at the same time as doing these talent shows.

    :floor:

I choose to believe he will be able to channel an inner feminine side :mf_rosetinted:

  7. I did, I did!!!! I voted on WMA website!!!! Oh, but Mika is still in the end of the list((( Even Russian singers are on top - do you know them ? :sneaky2:

I think Underwater video deserves a higher position, but everyone is charmed with Timberlake`s "Mirrors'.......

The list is in alphabetical order :wink2:

  8. heeei? it's about me? wow! okay, it was the first time I was allowed to pass something mika. it was a special honor for me and it's a nice unforgettable moment. heeei, and now I have to atone for? I'm not always there.after handing over the gift of Swiss fans, i and keepme leave the room. We were not nearly at longest in space.this is also seen in the video, as we leave the room. 've Experienced a lot, no one has ever said I was selfish. 'm really sad! it is not fair.

I also have absolutely nothing to do with the mods!

with the contact for ok, I only wanted to do good. I never had a bad intention. and that's the thanks for all the effort, time, and nerves work.
