Sorry to hear about what happened in Leads, at least some people got to see him... And I'll never, evre get an other chance to meet him!!! And even missed out on the vidoe shooting, it's like a twist of the knife!!! I know I must sound silly, but I'm just so emotional and I'm in the internet cafe now and sobbing... People keep staring at me... I need to go home...

I'm so happy for you guys, you had a fantastic night... Shame he didn't treat us so well in Shepherds Bush... I'm reading it all and liturally crying, can't help it but fell emotional and let down. And that is the first time after the gig, I guess i just broke down now...

I got the same, and then just gave up. I shouln't have really, but my internet was cut off, otherwise I would have tried again like other did. I could have been there now!!!! :crybaby:

The same was with me, felt like I was a little drunk, although I deliberately refused the drink before the gig, wanted to be 100% tuned in to be able to absorb all of the magic in.

Actually, I'm not upset anymore either, just remembering the good parts. He was awesome, anyone who didn't see him live, missed out on time of their life!

I'm just finding them on the Internet, look a few pages up, someone posted a few links. I didn't film anything, cuz when you film, you need to focus on the camera, look on the screen all the time! I've seen Mika on a screen hundreds of times, so just wanted to enjoy looking at the live version for a change. Even if the experience is short lived... My friend filmed one song, he should send me the vid later.

I think I was just too late with my reply and they already have a list of people...

2000! That is why I though I should come early to be able to get nice place, and I wasn't even the first in the queue!!!! I wish I could go to a smaller gig, less crowded, more chances to meet Mika, less waiting.... But then you should have seen what was going on inside during the performance!!! 2000 people going insane, electricity and energy was unbelievable!!! At one point I turned around and saw this sea of people going nuts, jumping up and down, even Mika and the band looked really surprised. Mika and Martin looked at each other like - have you seen that?! I was close so I could see that. I think it gave him an extra energy to perform like that, especially LT. Just watched the vid, it got me all high again!

Just got an e-mail. "URGENT NEWS Please do not book flights etc. The brief has radically changed and we are now no longer looking for people to appear in the video." Strange, I wasn't going to book any flights, I live in London and said that in my e-mail. Oh well, I wasn't hoping too much anyway... but kind of sad...

Haha... The secret is simple - I was waiting in the queue from 1 o'clock until they let us in at 7 and then Mika came on at 9:30, so it's 8.5 hours of waiting-that is the secret!!! , but it was totally worth it!!!

A little late, but there are some pictures that we took. Look how close we were!!!! I also have a picture with his younger sister, but not sure if to post it or not...

I didn't hear anything, but the girls who heard and saw him were walking away quite fast and were very upset, I would say even angry with him.

I WAS with the red balloon, and people tried to burst, to steal, to kick, to grab it and one guy even pleaded me for it "Red is my favorite colooooor!!!!! " It was crazy, I almost gave up and gave it to him, but then remembered how hard it was getting it and though "Well, I like red too!" Look a few pages up, Dazzle posted a picture of us in the queue, I'm the second from the left!

I know the feeling, just got my hopes up too much, and then felt sooo disappointed and just crushed to be honest... That kind of spoiled the night for me a bit... Today recovered a little, but trying to remember the good parts only! Last night was a little success for me on different level. Remember that guy who was with me on the gig? It was my friends husband! He was there only accidentally, as my friend got sick and couldn't make it. Before the gig every time I talked about Mika he would roll his eyes - Oh, not Mika talk again! Now he is buying the tickets to the Sumerset house to see MIKA again!!!! After a few months of me unsuccessfully trying to convert him into Mika-fun, Mika has done it himself in one hour!!! :thumb_yello:

They didn't send me anything like that... Maybe they have changed their minds about taking just random people practically off the street...

No, I didn't and it just crushed me last night.... I'm recovering today though, looking at the pics and videos... Shouldn't have gotten my hopes up too much. I was right in front of the stage and this guy who was moving the instruments threw a few balloons to me to catch, but they are so huge, I only managed to get hold on to one after like 4-5 attempts...

The "Love today" performance was amazing, the BEST I've ever seen!!!!!!!!!! Still looking for a descent video of it, I just have to remember it forever!!!!

Lucky you! No more gigs for me! I really hope that you get to meet Mika this time, I've heard that you didn't last night. It was still lots of fun, he was amazing on the stage, still can't get over it!!!! *grins and looks happily at the HUGE RED BALLON in her room*
