I think the lyrics to Breakfast are so quirky....that's why I'd like to hear him do it.

We all have heard Mika cover quite a few songs, brilliantly so. Let's make a list of songs that we'd love to hear Mika cover.

I'd like to see him do:

"Breakfast" by the Newsboys

"When Doves Cry" by Prince

I find Mika childlike...which is much different than childish. He has a fresh wonder about things that makes his art new and fun. Love it.

I am just over the moon here. I have been sick for the past couple of weeks, and I haven't felt well at all. And right now, I feel so happy and totally blown away. It's almost as if I'd seen the boy himself this afternoon!

I agree, Mika has been working incredibly hard. It would be VERY annoying to me to see the award go to Winehouse. I think the winner should be able to at least stand up. Behavior does count. No one lives in a vacuum. That woman has problems and her major hit is stating that she doesn't want to take care of them. I agree she has talent, but how much better would she be if she were straight? Her stage presence is that of a little girl needing to use the bathroom!

Point is, she isn't the entire package. Mika, on the other hand IS the entire package. Talent, work, showmanship. He put on a hell of a show in Salt Lake. Amy has a hard time just making it through her day.

She's a talented woman who has been given a gift. And she's pitching her gift away with both hands. Sad and pathetic.

Watching Mika by mistake would be the BEST mistake anyone could EVER make!

What kind of shampoo and (I hope) conditioner was used? Has the itching gone away, or was this experimental neglect just the beginning of follicle problems? These are the burning questions that leave us wanting....

I hear the similarity. That Scissor Sister's cover of "Comfortably Numb" is really strange to the ear after having heard the original for so many years. Actually, I think it sounds like "Relax" a little too.

Ohhh....LOLA....Mika, if LOLA is played on US radio DAILY (which it is) there is no reason to believe Billy Brown would be that big of a shock. Right?

My husband listens to a radio station that plays odd music here (the main one I've been petitioning our boy to because I think he's different as well) WXPN, and they play that Tegan and Sara song. It's been on here for about three months. Can't say as I'm a big fan but that particular song grows on you after a while.
