I am so LOVING this SONG!!!! When he screams "Better"----oh. my. I just am a puddle. It makes me think we've only scratched the surface of Mika wonderfulness. I'd love to hear him sing a little harder a little more often. Not all the time because I wouldn't be able to function then. can't stop listening to this song!!!!! WELL DONE MIKA!

Hey...I just got to see the FABULOUS video of Mika at the Australian Idol finale....WONDERFUL!!!! I'm curious, were any of the people up front from the MFC??? Hope so!

Glad you all are liking it. Glad you tweeted about it too. I put a link on Mikasounds under his message about the concert he's to sing with them in. Hope he does see them sometime, because he will LOVE it. I think the guy in the choir who sings lead is very cute!

I wish I could email Mika and send him things I know he'd like. I wouldn't abuse the privledge, honest!!! Anyway....if there IS anyone here who can show Meeks something, pass this on to him. He'd adore this group. I find them fascinating!! You have to turn up the sound at first, it starts very quietly.

Ummm....Excuse me, but I'm not a "shrieking tween". I'm a shrieking forty something!!! AND, furthermore, I see a fair amount of people my age at the concerts. I am SURE I'm not the only one who had to convince her teenager to go with her!

And I should include this.... This is my absolute favorite museum in the whole world. The American Visionary Art Museum in Baltimore, Maryland. The artists here are "outsiders" to the art world. People who have mental illness or disability, people who are obsessed on doing their art to the exclusion of all else. People who have never heard of art school 'rules' but rather march to their own drummer in creating what they do. And it's fantastic. http://www.avam.org/ from the website: What is visionary art? I saw this today in Smithsonian Magazine. I do my own little artwork, collage, scrapbooking and what not. I LOVE what this woman did because it included art in her everyday life and her everyday life in her art. Now it's preserved in the Smithsonian! Very inspiring. My kids (all four of them, ages 19, 16, 8 and 7) like Mika. The oldest two have been to Mika concerts. The younger two love hiim as much as I do and the older ones aren't far behind. (Although it's "creepy" for my 16 yr old and I to like the same artist, according to her....but she loved the concert on the 18th and can no longer deny the fabulosity!) My sister, said she likes his music (she's 54). My ex MIL said she liked him after seeing him on the Ellen show. My whole family, and everyone I know has heard how wonderful he is and how kind he is.... My husband is the only one who's a stickler. He's jealous of the Mika-happiness I experience. I really can't blame him too much. It is kind of extreme. But I try to spread the Mika gospel everywhere.
