Thanks!! That's a lot of work! That is the one thing that is hard -- finding all the Mika stuff in one place! I always thought it would be cool to have a website with every single interview, video, picture ever taken of Mika, and that was all it was!! But of course this site pretty much rules too.

I can't believe you got to be in his dressing room. You are one uber super duper lucky fangirl. I tried not to be jealous but it didn't work. You might never come down from the combined high from all that! Carlasue - Yeah it was cool of him to email back. This was his little note back to me: "Natalie: thanks for the note. I enjoyed going to his show Friday, and was shocked to see how many people were in line to see him." I loved what he said in the first interview about Mika being the equivalent of soccer in the U.S. lol.

Lol! Yep - thanks guys for posting those. I emailed David Burger thanking him for the first one and he emailed me back, which was nice. "He even characterized it as the best of his tour, after the fact." :D

Ugh I'm glad I'm not the only one. This post-gig feeling sucks!! I started thinking well Mika's not that great Then I was like OH I am just trying to come down from the high... kind of like that boyfriend that breaks up with you and you try to hate to get over. Hilary! I finally got on this page! Is the site slow for anyone else? I shut my computer down and did a virus scan last night but it has still been slow today, and I haven't had a ton of time - I got on to the SLC thread and then couldn't find this one. Anywho... add me, please!! Do we just pm you our thank you note or send it to you through mail? I'm glad you started this! I am finally coming down to the ground I think.. Hey all! I just heard Parker from 101.9 the radio station that gave out the backstage passes for the Mika show and he said he's gotten tons of emails saying how incredible it was.. and it was the best show they've ever been to, etc!! SO COOL! AND..... he said that he mentioned to Jerry (supposedly his "bud" and yes he really said Jerry not John lol) that if they could get a cd of the concert, they would play it on the radio!!!! I would so be recording that!!! He said he just mentioned it to him and Jerry thought it would be cool, but didn't have any idea if it would actually happen! How amazing would that be? I don't know how real of a possibility it is but I thought I'd share it anyway. Hey Rootie boy! Welcome to the club.

Yeah... it would get out of control probably. Oh! Jennifer -- I didn't take the refund either! I actually didn't know we were supposed to get one so I walked on before the lady gave it to me, but I am glad I didn't! This was a small venue anyway so I am glad he did it in the first place, plus it was just amaaazing!!!!!!

Haha that's true Katey - about dinner! YES! I think the MFC should have some kind of status! Especially where there were only a few of us at this show - I wish we had gotten into the first part or something. I would have paid a lot for any kind of V.I.P ticket!! Oh I like that idea Hilary with the book! Or if Char wants to give them Monday, we could email them to her...

Oh I agree about the small venues sucking! I just didn't want people to get the idea that all of SLC was icky! Hey Hilary - You back in Idaho? My pages are taking absolutely forever to load so someone probably replied to this already! Actually SLC is an awesome place!!! It has wonderful mountains and is a gorgeous city with beautiful seasons. The city itself is great - it is just that this place was so ghetto!!! It was all the way at the end of town, down by the railroad tracks. I'd never even heard of it before this. We have lots of nice upscale places here and a couple larger arenas but I guess not a lot of nicer places for smaller things like this. I have been to concerts at Deer Valley (in Park City), Symphony Hall, the Energy Solutions Arena, and Rice Stadium. All of them are awesome. I think that is why we were surprised that this was such a dive. But Mika made it the most wonderful place on earth that night!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
