well, it turns out I need surgery on my neck, I'll have it done in about a month as soon as this semester is over.

Dr. said there's really no other alternative, I believe him (my mother had exact same thing)

Aw that's too bad. But if you're having corrective surgery then it has to be a good thing, right?

I'm ok thanks, just tired and achy - as usual.

As a personal opinion I like it longer myself. I will say no more.

Yes I think so thanks. Got the bookcase up tonight, CD towers and 3-partition unit tomorrow and over the weekend I think!

I feel pretty useless watching Bri put it all together. I daren't lift anything heavy with my back.

Hopefully it will look great when it's done though.

It's a life draining experience Wendi. We were there all afternoon yesterday choosing what we wanted. Didn't get home til 10pm. It's yon side of Nottingham our nearest one.

This morninig on opening the boxes, 5 pieces were damaged! So that meant another trek back and 4 hour turnaround. Not to mention the price of bloody diesel!

just to prove life is funny and no one pays attention to the ads at the bottom of post pages, when the nhs was being battered today on the OLDLINGS thread the ad at the bottom of the page was about dementia, very apt for this thread, and I thoughtfunny considering the topic being discussed

No Cadbury's is chocolate and biscuits etc. They are the rolls royce of British choccy.

When my friend had a hysterectomy, they left a clip inside her. She had it removed and kept it for evidence. Tried sueing the NHS and got nowhere....even with evidence!

It took 8 years out of her life with the stress and for nothing. They all stick together, you're right Wendi.
