I don't know if this thread is meant for musicians only or aslo for actors.. anyway... I learnt yesteray that David Tennant would be leaving Dr Who after the 2009 specials and ... well... how to put it in an "adult" way ?... ok, screw the adulthood, i'm devastated, i don't want the Tenth Doctor to go !!!!! Tennant is the best Doctor this show ever had and right now, i just want to cry like an 8 years old.. Am i the only one ?

I'm not that good at calculating jetlag, but he seems to be online and it's around five in the morning in LA now, no ?? Is he really still over there or is he back in London ??

it reminds me of an interview where he said he had erased his myspace account because last time he logged in he was proposed to / offered a puppy / and someone asked for his shoes or something like that... Finally, he misses it !! lol

i think it's a decorative variety, not meant to be eaten... Very small fruits on branches, that look and smell a bit like apples but are not edible !!!! not at all !! In french we call these "pommiers d'amour" which could translate by "love apple-trees" i'll let your minds wander about all the various meanings implied by the fact he recieved these in the studio... Maybe the local flower-shop owner has a crush on him...

lol !! Amazing isn'it ?? It probably started as a spontaneous move from Mika, not wanting to get his pirvate life exposed.. but it's become so much more than that ! I think, now, it's an absolutely brilliant communication stunt... He's still driving people up the walls with this question... he's seen in a restaurant with some ppl, he's seen working with some other, and everybody keeps wondering, assuming, speculating, thinking they know, endlessly !! And still getting crazy because in the end, no one really knows what he does behind his closed door ! And this has been working for nearly two years now !!!! How amazing is that ??! I work in communication and i can tell you that what Mika's achieved with this is exactly what press agent's wet dreams are made of !!!

I think some MFCers like to drop innuendoes... like if they knew.. you know ? When actually, in the end of the day... i do think nobody knows, because he's never said anything, and even if he's seen with some people sometimes, that doesn't mean much... at least, it's nothing close to a certainty... And i looove the way he manages to drive ppl crazy with that !!

Yep, i think you're right. I remember reading this exact sentence " nobody listened and now he's Mika" ages ago.. At that time, ppl wondered if another of Katy's song could have been inspired by Mika. A song called "Simple", that talked about "a poet" and "a genius who could barely read"... It's not on her myspace anymore but it can still be found on youtube.. It's a pretty cool song btw

Remember what he said in the first DVD, after all, Grace Kelly wasn't even written about Simon Cowell Having said that, i don't want to start an endless controversy so i'll just answer one of Christine's questions : I, personnally, found this thread rude. I know i'm not the only one, and many people have posted here saying they found it rude and worrying about what Mika would think if he ever read it or heard about it through people who work with him. Of course this place isn't his mailbox, but it is about him and about his fans. A lot of people appreciated his blogs an the time he spent doing them, and found this thread disrespectful. So yes, i personnally think that a thread called "who else is tired of Mika", asking him to basically shut up, is rude and has nothing much to do in a so-called "fan club". That's all. Having said that, i'm not going to read this thread anymore, and i highly suggest people who are tired of Mika's blog to do the same with Mikasounds instead of criticizing it...

Well, that would be funny !!!! i can't really see people starting another Mika fan club after the big M closing this one down !! It would more likely be a MDC (mika dissing club) :naughty: But i'm sure it could work just fine !

hehe, i was being a little sarcastic there, but i don't fully masterize the art of "sarcastic smileys"... I never believed a split second in this "officialness"... Technically, if the MFC was to be anything close to official, the site could have been hosting his blogs in a separate section, for instance... But actually, i think he just bought this place to be able to shut it down easily the day it becomes too... boring !! :naughty:

it's totally possible that someone else uploaded the vid, it's totally possible that he's too busy to blog and yeah, i's totally unlikely he's even read this thread... To be honest i don't think he comes here at all, otherwise he'd be posting right here instead of having created his brand new website right after buying this place and making it "official", don't you think so ? Still... even if neither the MFC nor Simon Cowell exactly rule his life, i can still understand why some people found this thread slightly rude, or at least not very nice... i know i did... and even if he doesn't give a damn, which is highly probable, i agree with you on that point, it doesn't make the whole thing less rude... that's my opinion...

Maybe because everything is not only about money and just a tiny tiny tiny tiny little bit about... well... people... "sharing is caring"... and all these boring stuff you know Seriously, he didn't need to make this blog to have fans around the world ready to spend their cash on his records and gigs... i really think he liked to do it and thought it was appreciated - which it is, by the vast majority, i suppose - so i can imagine he could have been hurt if he woke up one morning, logged on, and read that some of his fans found it "boring"... i also can totally picture him behind his laptop, thinking, "oh, they're tired of me ? very well... so i'll just stop and see how long it takes for them to come back crying and asking for more..." i would definitely do that !!!

i'm totally with you mika-fan ! although i also think he might be busy working, i think that he could manage to post a little something every now and then if he really wanted to... which leads me to think : i really hope he didn't read this thread and that it didn't hurt his feelings... that would really be pointlessly mean, because all he was doing was trying to please us. i really miss his blogs !! i was genuinely appreciating all the stuff about other artists... and the fact that he took the time to share all this with us... if he stopped because he read this thread, whatever everybody might say about freedom of speech and this place being for fans and not fo him to read and all, i just find it sad, very sad... and very unfair towards him...

Same here !!! I always thought it didn't look quite like him.. The eyes are too small and there's something strange with the top of the forehead too, where the hair starts.. it totally looks photoshopped... But everybody seemed so sure it was him, i just thought i was nuts !
