I think it's just the angle. His teeth are not 'perfect' in Hollywood standards, as his front two teeth are kinda pokey-outey..But I am sure that we all agree that we find his teeth (and other assorted body parts) just devine as they all form the complete package

If he has put on any weight, it's probably because he NEEDED to. Mika is a very tall and thin man, but thats just who he is naturally. He looks amazing to me. I certainly do not think he is fat, if he is fat then the rest of the population would be morbidly obese. He's a gorgeous man and absolutely perfect!
