HA HA!! I don't even have a suitcase yet! Getting it from Mom when I pick her up. I just have things laid out on my guestbed. I'm thinking of all the things I need to do before I leave and it's going to take me right up until take-off. LOL!!

I get to pick my Paris tickets up at the venue. YAY!!...Worry over.

Well, I guess what concerned me is that I told Helen that I was leaving for London next week and if I could pick up at will-call (at the venue) and she wrote me back saying that they would be mailed out next week sometime. So, I wrote her back and said that there is no way that I would get them in time and if I could please arrange pick up. I haven't received an answer back but I'm sure that there will be plenty of help. I won't have email or a phone when I'm in the U.K or Paris so getting in contact would be very hectic. I'm glad to see that email to FD. Do you all not say Will-Call to mean picking up the tickets at the venue? Wow, I just googled it and found out it's a completely American Expression: Will call is an American term for a box office where patrons of entertainment venues go to pick up already-bought tickets for an event, such as a play or concert, either just before the event, or in advance. With the onset of the Internet and e-commerce sites, which allow customers to buy tickets online, the popularity of this service has increased I just love language barriers...and we sort of speak the same language.

My Message to Helen: Hi Helen, I was wondering if the Paris tickets will be will-call? I'll be leaving for London next week and if they are mailed, I will not be getting them. We will e-mail you as soon as your order’s been dispatched. Kind regards Helen This means that I will not receive the tickets in time for the Gig. Even if I was not going to London, I still would not receive these in time. I wrote her back and asked if I could pick up at will call. I hope so...I would be shattered if I couldn't go to the gig because my tickets will arrive to the U.S about the same time I get back. I'm sorta bummed right now......need a drink and an answer.

Hey y'all, Well, I'm freaking out just a little bit. I contacted Sandbag about the Paris tickets since I will be leaving to London next week. They told me that they will be mailing them out next week. Um, this is not good since I won't be here to get them. NOOOOOOO!!! So, I wrote back asking if I could get them at will-call. If not, I'm afraid that this isn't going to work. I certainly hope someone can work this out. How sad to think that I'll come home to Paris tickets in my mail. I think they forgot that they had international ticket holders...sending them out next week would not get them here on time even if I were not leaving to London next week. This is soooo not good. *sigh*

This is what they did at the Roxy also but they stamped your hand if you were over 21. Must be something that can be done.

Oh boy..I can sure feel our "17 and under" member's pain. I remember when this happened to me when I was a kid. My Mother had to call and beg for them to let me in. It didn't work but boy, did she try. I don't understand the whole 18+ thing either. Some bars do the "All ages" shows and others do not. So, I wonder why this one is. Big hugs

yes, it happened some at the SLC gig and at the L.A. gig..but, it wasn't that bad. No crushing going on. I'm always happy with that. Also, looks like it's going to be all MFCer's in the first few rows. I would like to think that we wouldn't be pushy.

We are going to be neighbors. I'm in CC 7 & 8. And, I think they are the perfect seats because they sometimes let the first few rows come up to the stage. We'll be right on the end if that happens. Of course, we'll stay right behind the first row people. Of course though, his back could be turned towards us depending on where he sets up the keyboard.

How does everybody know their seat assignment already? Oh, I want to know so badly..it's driving me nuts! LOL! I purchased almost immediately..so, should be good...right?

Confused..I'm trying to read all this and I have my Grandmother, Great Aunt, and Great, Great Aunt all talking to me! Ack...what is going on with the SLC thing? I would love to see that one....I can't imagine why? There is such an incredible venue here that would be amazing for Mika..it's set in Red Rock's Canyon (Utah) in an outdoor venue...it's so amazingl.

I know...I stayed up to get the tickets on FNAC. I had front row seats, went to purchase them and then, there was a glitch and I lost them. So, when I went back in, it was already sold out. I'm gutted. Completely gutted. I'm sure something will turn up.
