Yes, he is actually getting excited to go. I am relieved that he is able to because I was going with or without him. Plus, he can take they boys to the washroom when needed. Wendy, are you feeling any better? I went to the doctor and got some new meds for headaches today. So, I am waiting for the next one to hit to try it out. Rose, I don't think we have met and I will go to back posts to catch up a bit. New opportunities are good and scary. I hope it works out for you. Don't mind me, I don't know what I am talking about.

Hi again. It seems that it always gets busy in here when I have limited time! And nothing happens when I have some time to sit. Boo. All the excitement on the board for the upcoming and recent past shows is very contagious! I see all these neat costumes and such but I think when I go, I will be dressed very every day boring. The good thing though is that dh has the official ok to go with us all!

Good morning! How is everyone? Wendi, I hope you feel better soon. (OK, is it it with a y or an i? I have seen both.) I had a scare when reading back posts that Mikey wasn't with Mika anymore but then I saw some pictures so I guess he is. I have to start thinking about getting ready for Mika. It was so far off and now, I only have a few more days. What should I be doing? The venue is not allowing cameras which is a big BUMMER.

Hi Shari, yes, my boys swim almost everyday afterschool. They swim on a swim team and they have different practice times so it seems like I am at the pool all the time. The bad thing is, there is no internet connection there, I have checked!

Hi Clare, Hi Wendi I just HAD to pop in before going off to the pool again (kids). I feel all frazzled since they get home from school and we are off. I am just getting all excited for Feb. 5. If all goes well, my DH will be going to the concert as well as my 3 boys.

Hello again! I have been MIA for awhile now. I have missed you guys and now I will have to catch up AGAIN. I am getting really excited now. I am going to see the boy NEXT WEEK (!!!!Screams!!!). I can hardly contain myself now. We will drive down to Chicago probably Monday night. I have sent in my official advance absences excuses for my children to miss school next week. Also, I finally got around to getting my Myspace url and added it to my profile.

Oh, I have a box of those hand warming things. They are called Hot Hands and they sell them for boots too, I think. I bought mine at Sam's or Costco. I have seen them at sporting goods stores too like Dick's and Gander Mountain.

I have not been on in a long time but I wanted to check in. I can't believe that the concert is NEXT WEEK! AAAHHHH! NOW, I am getting excited. I am really bummed that I did not order my Glow Hearts in time. I kept putting it off, it seemed so far off and now it is NEXT WEEK! I am still keeping an eye on the weather. Hopefully, it will all be well. We plan on driving in on Monday night. I don't know how long we will stand in line. I will be the one with 3 kids in tow. They are all really big Mika fans too. I just wanted to say, hi to everyone. I will be on and off tonight. I will also be trying to catch up on all the past posts, read some of the recent gig reviews and general catch up stuff.

Good evening! Wow, part 8! I spent the entire day today at a pool for my kid's swim meet and just got home. I wanted to check what was happening here for the birthday. I noticed alot of you have a myspace account. I had started one in December but I haven't done much with it. I only have Tom as a friend right now. I am more familiar with facebook. Do you all have any special tips or suggestions for a newby? I am going to read back posts now.

Good morning! I am back on and am doing alot of catching up. I went to visit my brother over the holidays and was not able to check the forums while I was away. Now, the kids are all back at school and there is a huge load of laundry waiting for me. All this housework is depressing but needs to get done or it will drive me crazy when the house fills back up with the kids later. I just wanted to say hi to everyone and wish you a happy new year!

My laptop has been acting up and we are going to drive to Chicago tomorrow to visit my brother. I guess this will be like a test drive for the show there in Feb. He was over there for aobut 2 years and I never did go and visit him. I should have. We were in DC at the time and the flights would have been so simple. Canada is cold but people that live in cold areas adapt quite well, I think. It was -1 F the other day and 22 F seemed so balmy! I am in and out too. Feeding the kids and all that.

Yes, it might get a bit confusing. My son suggested ToMika b/c we like names that begin with T's for Malamutes. She is an Alaskan Malamute but I was not able to figure out how to upload a picture to show you all.
