  1. Thank you so much for your great report :flowers2:

I sooo regret not having been there :aah: The whole time yesterday I felt like "oh, I shouldn't be here right now but in Stuttgart" :emot-sad:

Anyway, I'm happy you enjoyed the evening and am really looking forward to the funny bits in Mellody's videos :biggrin2: Did you catch the Dr John-intro? I mean, there's Martin involved that should be a good reason to film it :mf_lustslow::naughty:

Hope we'll meet at some foreign gig. Too bad he said he wouldn't come back for a long time :boxed: But then again: what's a long time in Mikaland? You never know :biggrin2: *has hope*

  2. I'm sure I made some mistakes in translating, but here you go, the German parts:

(sorry I don't know the names of the other two girls)

    Mellody:

    - Where are you from?

    - From Munich.

    Patricia

    fan #1:

    - I’m from Hamburg.

    Patricia

    fan #1

    - You came here just for the Mika-gig?

    - Exactly.

    Mika

    Mellody:

    - No, it’s not my first Mika gig.

    - About maybe… twentyfive.

    Patricia

    fan #2

    - This will be my fifth gig.

    - Two times in London, once in Wiesbaden, yesterday in Hamburg

    fan #1

    - How many gigs have you seen this tour?

    - I also went to Hamburg yesterday, and I will go to Munich, Stuttgart and Basel. I’ve taken a couple of days off work and will travel through Germany.

    Mika

    Patricia

    fan #1

    - He’s always so full of energy, jumping on stage so much you wonder how he can keep doing that. When I jump during Love Today I always get stitches in the side. I don’t know how he’s able to do that for a whole tour.

    Mellody

    - Because Mika is simply fantastic.

    - Mika gigs are addictive.

    fan #1

    - It’s always great, there’s glitter, balloons, everyone’s jumping up and down, the first row is vibrant and that’s the fun about it.

    Mika

    Patricia

    Mika

    Mellody:

    - We were thinking, because the German flag is black, red and gold and Mika sings We Are Golden, we are now golden with our German colours.

:biggrin2: In that case Silke is fan #1 and I'm fan #2. I like that you called us like that :biggrin2:

    Thanks for the translation :flowers2:

  3. I've finally uploaded my Hamburg-pictures :naughty: It took ages - again. I have to figure out a way that is faster than what I did... :aah:

Anyway, in case anybody is still interested in them: http://s745.photobucket.com/albums/xx92/Statue_of_Liberty/Mika%20in%20Grosse%20Freiheit%2036%20Hamburg%2023th%20March%202010/

I tried to select the better ones, but left every LG/BG-pic if the ones want to see themselves. So those pics might have a worse quality. Sorry for that :wink2:

Apart from that I don't think I have to add anything special that would make it worth writing a proper report. I just kept in mind that it wasn't Mika's best gig I've seen. He seemed a bit tired / grumpy, gave hardly anybody eye-contact and wasn't as chatty as usual. It was a great show, though. But you've propably already read that :biggrin2:

  4. There's a short article about the gig (well, more about a LG/BG that won the magazine's competition) in the "Berliner Kurier": http://www.berlinonline.de/berliner-kurier/print/berlin/298953.html

    Sandra's dance with Mika

Heart-throb Mika: No fan came as close to him as Sandra Mönnich (23) during his gig in the Huxley's. The dentist's assistant from Bernau applied at the KURIER and made it: She was allowed to dance with the star to "Lollipop". "I've danced in the Friedrichsstadtpalast in a children's revue. But with Mika it was something special. He's so cute."

But not only Sandra got bewitched by Mika. The pop-sweetie jumped around and danced on the piano, so the 1600 other guests held their breath. Unless they didn't sing out loud along: "We are golden!" Very nice: a danceable version of the usually sad song "Happy Ending" and the encore "Grace Kelly".

Don't think my English was good now, but you'd get an idea of what they've said, I guess.

Erm, Happy Ending was danceable? Have I been to a different gig? And I like how they pretend that this girl was the only one on stage and dancing with Mika a waltz or something :naughty:

  5. Part 2:

Special: And yes, he took his shirt off :biggrin2: I didn't expect him to do that. But when he did it, it was just brilliant :biggrin2: It wasn't very long, though. But I won't complain :naughty: It feels a bit special when he does that. As if he liked something more than he did while having the other gigs.

Band: I never watched the band as much as I did today. I had a little German flag with "We Are Golden" on it. And during WAG Mika noticed it and Imma did as well. She smiled and me which I found really sweet. During Lollipop I hit her with one of the big balloons :blush-anim-cl: but I *said* sorry and she smiled again. Jimmy was very funny, too. I know he always is. But he was doing a lot rubbish today :biggrin2: Before they started Lollipop he put his drum sticks into his mouth (he seems to like putting stuff into his face :naughty:) and he even beat Mika in getting more attention at some point. I don't know which song it was but he whispered something to Martin which made me curious. And then they told Imma something. They followed her with their guitars over the stage. And just then I realised that Mika wanted us to sing. Well, because everybody was watching at the band nobody saw Mika and hardly anybody started singing :biggrin2: Was quite funny.

    Crowd: Could have been better...

M+G: The diva took ages to come out :mf_rosetinted: It was after midnight, that's why we all are so late... But it was short and nice, everybody got their stuff signed. And he started the queue from the back which was quite funny in the first moment.

Okay, that's all. Mellody is starting making fun of me :aah:

Greets from mariposa who sits on my couch and is almost asleep :biggrin2:

Pics will follow (yes, I took some of him naked). Maybe I can do that tomorrow, depending how much sleep I'll get :aah:

  6. Part 1 :biggrin2:

So, am trying a short report. I'm sooo tired...

Okay. I loved the gig. It was much better than yesterday in Hamburg.

Queuing: was nice, came about 1pm. Got number 19. Ended up in front row, on the right side. Thanks John! :wub2: Went into the venue before those without numbers and were asked to wait again after the bags and tickets (and numbers) were checked. Queued up again and went in one after another.

Support-Act: I'm still no fan but it's okay. I showed one of the guys the way to the backstage-entrance :teehee: The thing that doesn't make it easy to like them it that they play slow songs in the majority. Not exactly what supports a support act's task. :aah:

Venue: small stage, but big enough for the small show. Venue really nice and clean and not-ugly in comparison to the last ones :teehee: After we went inside we had to go upstairs to come to the venue. That was probably the reason for the good entrance-solution.

Mika: was brilliant! :wub2: You could see he was in a better mood than yesterday from the first second on. He did everything, they could use the inflatables again, he could stand on the piano with the umbrella and even the gray skelly came on stage. Got more eye-contact in the first two songs than in the whole gig yesterday :mf_rosetinted:

We heard OMS and Touches You again. Same setlist as always so far.

During We Are Golden the DMFC had the plan to throw ballons in red, black and golden on stage and most of us wore clothes or other stuff in the colours. Well, the plan didn't really work out. My balloon was thrown on stage during Relax when I was jumping. But Mika saw it an because it was the only one he tried to kick it. :blush-anim-cl:

  7. Thanks for all your nice reports and pics so far! :flowers2:

Now I'm even more excited for the gig tonight. Am leaving in a few hours :mf_lustslow:

Now I'm waiting patiently for Toy Boy:mf_rosetinted:

  8. Thanks for posting!

From what I could hear :naughty: I love the song, from the first moment on :wub2: and that I like it right away is a huuuge difference to We are Golden :aah:

About the video: Mika's acting is great. The story of the movie seems interesting, the story of the video is a bit ... short ... well-known ...?

And, erm, I'm starting to feel bad because I prefer a Mika without glasses :naughty: But I like the video of BIOTG, so my opinion is obviously not the average anyway :biggrin2::mf_rosetinted:

  9. OK ... All vids are up now for this show :boing:

    Hope you like them :wub2:

I love them. Especially the talking bit :wub2: You can see how nervous he is. He has to do just ANYthing. That's so sweet :blush-anim-cl:

  10. I understand!I usually do a lot of vids or pics at Mika's gig but on 28th they didn't come out good so I stopped and enjoyed the show. But when I start to take pictures I can't usually stop :naughty:

I don't think Mika can be annoyed about taking pictures of him on stage because he already has lights on so I don't think he can recognized flashes..but it's my thought...maybe is the opposite :aah:

I love your camera, but I understand why you are worried to bring it at gigs...it seems a professional one. I have a reflex and it takes amazing pics but I've never brought it inside a venue because I know they are forbidden.

Anyway..congrats again! Was a pleasure to see your pictures :thumb_yello:

I didn't get it as a professional one :biggrin2: but it is quite good. Well, I'd like to blame the good quality on my huge talent, but actually I don't think so :naughty:

It isn't a reflex though, that's my biggest argument if any security has a problem with my lovely camera :biggrin2:

  11. Aww, thanks, didn't know you live in Berlin. We'll stay there for a week and already have tickets for Mika Berlin gig. Keti and I arrive there on the March 21st in the evening and planned this another gig in Hamburg too. Yes, I've seen that eventim.de is pretty expensive, maybe you can ask somewhere else and stay in touch with us. You can PM me, ehy not?:wink2:We'd like to go to Hamburg if everything fits. Btw, your pics are amazing!!!:wub2:

I've planned to go to a ticket-agency tomorrow and let you know :wink2:

  12. I can't say enough how beautiful your pics are!

Which kind of digital camera do you use?

    T4p!!!

    :blush-anim-cl:

Sometimes I think it'd be better to leave it at home, because if I bring my camera to a concert I just can't stop and take photos steadily, I'm kind of addicted to it then :teehee: and some artists, I don't know about Mika though, seem to be a bit annoyed by somebody in front row who takes constantly pictures of them...

It's a Kodak EasyShare Z710. I love it, but It's not exactly a small one so I'm always worried about whether the securities would let me take it in :sneaky2:

  13. Well I was also asking for 2 hamburg tickets for me and Keti.

Maybe I'll buy him in Berlin cos no one replied.:naughty:

Where do you want to buy them HERE? :naughty: I mean, I live in Berlin, so I could buy them for both of (or three :biggrin2:) and send them to you. But as Mellody already mentioned, I find eventim.de quite expensive. But I didn't ask at the local ticket agencies. Maybe I should do that :biggrin2:
