I think that most people are guessing that Mika has brown/green/hazel eyes. I'm still convinced that his eyes have both brown and green in them. I think the above quote explains what I'm trying to get at...his eyes appear to be different colours in different lights. You are so right! I just mean that the pixelating never really became a problem for me because I was staring at the colour of his eyes not noticing anything else!

I definately don't think that he wore eyeliner in that picture. As for this picture, I zoomed over and over and the pixels never really became a probelm for me. On my computer there was the little magnifying glass with either a "+" or "-" on it, signifying zooming in or out. But in your case the "+" alone means the same thing. And I have to say that I totally, 100% agree with you on his eye colour.

Look at how light in colour his eyes are. To further help you, save the picture to your computer, open it up and then zoom in a few times using a little icon that should appear to be a magnifying glass (you should have this on your computer) and you'll see that his eyes are light in colour around the outer edges, but towards his pupil, they are darker.

Oh my goodness, oh my goodness, oh my goodness! I just found this yesterday, when I was watching "Live in Cartoon Motion". There are three hidden animated videos. Yay me! READ THE WHOLE THING, IT'S IMPORTANT TO DO SO IF YOU WANT TO FIND THE VIDEOS! Here's how you get them... Pop in your "Live in Cartoon Motion" DVD into your DVD player. Wait for the main menu to load. Then you select "Play All", from the main menu. Then when it starts playing and the shot is of "MIKA" in lights and a crowd chanting "Mika, Mika, Mika..." you have to go back. But DO NOT REWIND! You have to use the button that allows you to flip through scenes (again it is not a rewind or fast forward button, it is a scene selection button!!!). When you go back once you will be taken to an animated video of a Big Girl. It starts off with her sipping her "Diet Coke". Then you are taken to a shot where she is dancing along to "Big Girl (You Are Beautiful)" and then there are multiples of her dancing. It is pretty awesome! If you go back twice, you will be taken to an animated video of Mika saying: "There are many different kinds of pop stars, of many different colours. At different times there is a great demand for purple pop stars. When the demand for purple pop stars changes, they are cast aside in favour of the new colour of the month. Some pop stars, however, refuse to be made into any colour. These troublesome creatures are thrown down the shoot. Who knows what will be made of them." The whole time he is talking, the video matches what Mika is saying. The end of this video concludes with a "Mika" type cartoon character looking out the back being whisked away in a van that says "WARNING NON-COMPLIANT POP STARS". This one ends with the chorus of "Grace Kelly". I think that when Mika says "some pop stars...refuse to be made into any colour", he's referring to himself and is another "up yours" to everybody that shot him down, and I congratulate him for that! Finally, if you go back twice you will be taken to an animated video playing "Love Today". This video has a Big Girl, Billy Brown and the wheels and pulleys among other things. All the videos are very much "Life in Cartoon Motion" related as they are cohesive in look and design. All much like the Mika drawn artwork. If you want to find the videos properly, follow these instructions... 1) Pop in your "Live in Cartoon Motion" DVD into your DVD player. Wait for the main menu to load. Then you select "Play All", from the main menu. Then when it starts playing and the shot is of "MIKA" in lights and a crowd chanting "Mika, Mika, Mika..." you have to go back. But DO NOT REWIND! Think (and looking at pictures of Mika), I think that I'd have to agree with people who are saying that his eyes are hazel. My eyes are hazel as well and they have green and brown in them, so it only makes sense. So, because Mika's eyes sometimes appear green and they sometimes appear brown, hazel eyes would be the best bet! Also, I found some of the pictures (from the Kool Haus after show fan greeting) I was talking about when I started this thread. His eyes appear to be a gorgeous shade of brown in one angle, but in the straight on shot, they appear to have green in them. Dear Mika, To start, I must say that you mean so much to me. Your music has made me a better and more positive person in all aspects of my life. Although I don't have the biggest amount of self-confidence, you have made me become more comfortable in my skin because your songs are not artificial. You don't care what other people think, do things the way you think they should be done and I admire you for that. Your music is a "never leaves the CD player" type and this means that your songs vary in meaning but quality is always top notch. I can only hope that you have happiness in your life the way that people get happiness from your music. You have inspired many people to do many great things. Still swooning over a shirtless Mika at the Kool Haus... I love Mika's style! At the Kool Haus, his pants were so awesome. They were black skinny jeans with sequins down the seam of the pants. I love those and now I want a pair. I also fell in love with the white shirt that had the faux blue sparkly suspenders on them. How cool was that shirt? Sometimes I see Mika wearing these cool shirts, jackets, pants etc and I think to myself, "I want one of those." But then I have to remind myself that his sister and mother create his outfits for him. They do such an awesome! PS...Has anyone ever noticed that (particularly on stage) Mika wears mainly white shirts, in some way or another (this doesn't include jackets...just his shirt)? On "What Perez Says" he was wearing a white t-shirt with a black cartoon character of some sort on it. "Live in Cartoon Motion"...white shirt. Kool Haus...white shirt w/ faux blue suspeners.

I think there are only a few similarities between the two. One, they are both very tall (around 6 foot 3 inches). And two, they have curly hair. But I think besides that, there isn't much else that is similar between the two. I think one of the most distinctive differences between the two are their smiles. If you've ever seen a picture of Sasha Baron Cohen smile (without the Borat moustache, so you can clearly see him smile) and see Mika smile, they are completely different. Granted, they are two good looking men, Mika is the clear winner in this situation. Mika...(swoon)

I've never gotten in trouble because of Mika related conversation but I don't think that I'd have a problem if I did. I understand that everyone does have their opinions about music and they are entitled to voice those opinions. But I find the problem is when people put down Mika because of what they see at first glance. When people say "Mika sucks" or "Mika's music is bad" then they've got it all wrong because you can't judge somebody's music without truly understanding the meaning and the artform behind it. But one time I was on MSN with someone and they were throwing around trashy remarks about Mika and I stepped in and put my 2 cents in, just to let them know that what they were saying was wrong.
