it was... THE BEST DAMN MIKA SHOW EVER!!!!! I've seen a few too. It was amazing - everything you can think of was amazing, starting from the opening bands. I spent a total of 12 hours waiting in line + concert + getting an autograph (from Mika and Mikey!!!) and some pics! I am exhausted and will try to post some stuff tomorrow. It was so perfect... edit: my Love Today video edit 2: Mika signing stuff after the concert:

I'm here! Sort of in the front, to the side. Its taking forever...but looks fantastic. Also the line to get in was super thick and spanned 4 blocks. This show is massive!

I'm off to the show - will be back with a review and hopefully some good pics + videos! wish me luck in getting to the front row!

just came back from Werchter. IT'S SOOO GOOD TO SEE MIKA AGAIN!!!!!! I stood in front row to the side and have some pics and a short video of Grace Kelly. He was good, very energetic and his voice was fresh (after all the rest). Can't post more now - have to go to the PARIS CONCERT IN AN HOUR! OMG might pass out. and I might also decide to go to Arras tomorrow and my weekend will be complete.

thanks for the great advice! i'll do my best to follow it i once stood right in front of Mika (san francisco concert) and i must say i got spoiled and don't want to settle for a bad view anymore.

speaking of standing in front row, because it's a festival how early should I show up? the doors open at 1, but Mika's concert's not til 7, and I really don't want to wait that long - I'd like to see some belgium too

my favorite Mika performance video was deleted by YouTube. It was posted by Mikaobsessed and was called something along the lines of 'Grace Kelly (early perfomance)'. It's still my favorite and if you know where to find it, please share!

Thank you all for your kind words! This is an awesome community and, from what I've seen, the best resource for Mika imaginable. I'm kicking myself for not finding out about MFC earlier!

I'll sell them at face value and through ebay for safety. I paid 40.35 euros for each. I will know for sure in one week if I can't make it to the concert, and then you can have them!

Hey! I just joined the community, but have been a Mika fan for over a year now - got into him when I lived in Paris in 2007. The concert in San Francisco (2/12) made me really obsessed for a while, but I am slowly coming back to sanity. Anyway, I'm graduating from college (in CA) this June and will be traveling around Europe this summer. Best part of the trip? My itinerary conveniently follows Mika's tour schedule. I plan to see (and have tickets to most of them): 7/3 Rock Werchter - Belgium 7/4 Paris France 7/5 Arras Main Square Festival 7/8 Amsterdam (might not make it, have 3 tickets if you want them) 7/23 Paleo Festival -- Nyon Switzerland Then again, 6 concerts in a year gives me an inkling that I'm still obsessed.
