  2. Ello my picture crazy dear.

  3. I have indeed seen. I was going to ask about the double name. Fingers crossed they change it (Kidding)
  4. Nothing my sweetness

  5. Interesting names.... Speaking of which, i was thinking about you last week. We were discussing how different areas have different words for things, and i volunteered you silly word for children
  6. Argh and i have friends requests (you, tomomi and hollyd)

To accept or not to accept, that is the question...

  7. Oh Dear!

I turn my back for one second (okay, 2 months) and the mfc has gone all facebook on my ass.

  8. Aye, tis rather interesting. How about you, considering a career in vetinary medicine?
  9. Im still not sure if it is a good idea. The good thing about it was that it was an idea in itself, a very rare thing with me. But i'm going ahead with it. I think one of the main problems is, part of the fun of having Aspergers is that i am ****e with people and change - so doing a job that's different every day and working with people in a bit of a state isnt exactly a clever career choice.
  10. COUGH!!! Enough picture posting - im flogging the chance to win tickets here, as well as giving away mine, as im no.3 in ranking. Although my first post had an error, there arent currently ten - the bit i was looking at just showed the top 10. But to be within that top 10, you only have to beat 10 clicks. Anyway its the top 25 people who win pairs of tickets. Get promoting!
  11. Hey guys, got some lovely info for you - but it may have already been posted. Theres a site called band-stand that does street teaming work for bands who sign up. Most of you would have seen the links to weird and wonderful things in mine and pinkunicorn123's signatures. The way it works is they give you links and image codes for various things, each click of them gives you points - the more clicks you get, the higher up the ranks you go. The top people then get prizes and win various things related to the band they are promoting Well this morning i got an email from them. There is a new link for the kooks. The top 25 point scored people win a ticket for them and a friend to go and see the kooks live in london on the 18th at the apple store. Sounds good right? It gets better. There are currently only 10 people who have any points for the kooks Thats 15 more places - one click of a link will get you tickets at this rate! So if you want in, here the link - fill out the info and start earning those points http://www.band-stand.net/clicks/318/1460 p.s. even if you arent from the uk, you can still flog them on ebay. They do other comps to win kooks merchandise also - so even if you cant use the prize this time - its still worth joining
  12. *strops* How dare you! Tomomi and Bianca have me...hmph! Search Holly Hunt and look for a london person with a green picture, your too hard to find.
  13. 1) This thing is fancy dress now? Noooo! Are we talking seasonal outfits or true mfc tom-foolery? 2) Wendy stop coaxing people into thinking mika will come, lol, thats worse than telling kids santa isnt real....wait....thats actually fun....never mind. 3) Kata if your drinking im staying away, your hard enough to deal with sober, let alone within grasp of FD and alcohol. I'll put the met. on speed dial just incase.
  14. Knowing me i would break both In the end i gave up and compromised (although admittedly more to my way of thinking) with converse, some smart black trousers, a white vest top and a blue cardigan.
  15. Hey, Im sorry to here that things are rough. But i understand completely on many levels. I too am a sucker for relating symptoms to weird and wonderful conditions (and a few times, ive been right, 2yrs ahead of my doctors lol). I've not had time to read through all of this thread as i have to dash in a few minutes however what other members have been saying is both true and useful. I have manic depression/bipolar so i have been there, done it and ticked the boxes several times over, to the extent that i spent a period of time in hospital as a suicide risk. A lot of people try to ignore what they are feeling because they do not want to carry the label of depression, and the thought of going into therapy or being given medication seems ridiculous to them. But that isn't the case. You know you better than anyone else, trust your instincts, if you (and not your mother) feel that there is something wrong, something missing in your life maybe, then do something about it! Talk to your doctor. Just because you feel this way does not necessarily mean you are clinically depressed. However if that is the case, there are many ways to deal with it, and they dont all involve medication and people in white coats with sofas to lay on. If you voice your concerns about medication and therapy, they can give you more options. Some including dietary changes, holistic therapies, and so on. As far as therapy goes, its a huge label, it covers a lot of different aspects and there are 100s of kinds of therapies. Not only this but every counsellor is different. For some people it takes several to find one that they feel they can make progress with. Each person has a different take, different methods of practise and different ideas of approaching problems. Some people respond to the most common idea of therapy, that being CBT, or in laymans terms, talking. Others respond to more practical methods such as art therapy. Either way, my advice would be to give it a go. What harm is there in trying. Usually, people forget why they ever had concerns about addressing the problems through that means in the first place. Im sorry this post cant be of more use, but im very low on time. After my last episode of severe depression i started a local depression support group, we have about a dozen members, so i can provide you with a lot more information over the next few days. I should be back on after my meeting tomorrow at around 2/3pm if you would like to talk. Until then; Chin Up!
  16. Any chance you could post updates of suggestions, ideas and decisions on the first post. Saves reading every single post to find out. I gave up at around 400
