Mandilambi thanks so much for posting this, it's terrific! I really love just how much of an appreciation MIKA has for Art and how he doesn't hesitate to purchase pieces which speak to him. Love the fact that he spent half of his signing pennies on paying off debts and the other half on that lovely miniature theatre! I tend to do things like that too when it comes to Art! Also love his Union Jack tapestry. I first noticed it in the photograph of MIKA and Yasmine in the March 2008 issue of the American VOGUE (the article was about Yasmine’s sense of style), but did not know until last Summer that that photograph was taken in MIKA's flat, and thus, that the UJ tapestry in it was his. I think that he has a really good eye for interesting and original pieces, whether it be pieces of Art or accessories for the home or self. Will be on the lookout for this issue of Spin Magazine tomorrow while out shopping for the Deluxe Edition of “The Boy Who Knew Too Much” (finally!)! Thanks again! Thanks Christine! I thought that I did have the latest version of it. Anyway, I downloaded the latest version, Adobe confirmed that I already had it (knew it MTV!), yet, I still can't vote, don't know what to do now. This sucks.

Loved the dance to Rain with Greg! They're wonderfully silly boys those two! And yes, when he was looking at the Orchestra playing... Did you guys notice the "Dodgy Holiday Film + TV" logo at the end of the video (end of the second part of the video for those watching it on YouTube)? Isn't that MIKA's Official logo for things that he's producing himself? In other words, I think that this will be officially released by MIKA or by his team in the near future! Yay! Thanks for posting Mari! I'm actually really upset with what is written in this short article. I think that it is quite insulting to MIKA actually: "creepy ballads"?! WTF?! "Another World" and "Erase" may be intense lyrically, but they are certainly not creepy by any measure. And the whole "Father Figure" business?! I'm the first to admit that I don't have the most musical of ears, but I just listened to FF and am listening to "I See You" as I type this, and I hear NO SIMILARITIES whatsoever, NONE. The only good thing about this article, insofar as I'm concerned, is the picture they chose of MIKA. He looks SOOO GOOD in it! EDIT: I got so hung up on all the negativity in this article, that I did not notice the nice words written about TBWKTM: "addictive, upbeat pop anthems". That's pretty good!

Bonsoir tout le monde! D'abord, j'aimerai vous remercier de tous ces jolis souhaits de bienvenu que vous avez postés à mon égard! C'est bien apprécié! Ensuite, j'ai quelques pépins avec lesquels j'espère que l'un(e), ou remarquez, plusieurs (ça irait aussi!) d'entre vous pourrai(en)t m'aider. Donc, voici mes problèmes: Depuis deux jours maintenant, je n'arrive pas à accéder sur MIKASounds.com et je ne sais pas si c'est "my internet connection" qui est trop lent(e) ou si c'est parce qu'il y a tellement de trafic sur le site. De plus, lorsque j'ai pu y accéder il y a deux jours, j'ai tenté en vain "to log in", mais ça n'a pas fonctionné. C'est-à-dire que j'arrivais à entrer mon adresse de courriel (mail) et mon mot de passe, mais lorsque je cliquais sur "Enter", rien ne se passait, et je suis sûre d'avoir inscrit mon info correctement. J'aimerai tant régler tout ceci au plus vite pour ne plus manquer de mises à jour sur le site de MIKA. Je suis désolée de vous déranger avec tout cela et j'ai tenté de trouver un thread où l'on abordait ces problèmes en faisant une recherche, mais ça a été sans succès. Remarquez, il est possible que je n’aie pas bien fait la recherche étant toujours nouvelle. Enfin, je vous remercie d'avance pour toute aide que vous pourriez m'apporter.
