  1. When were you happiest? I'm happy when I listen to my iPod and am left alone in my own little world. Kinda weird, but I like my own space. What is your greatest fear? Getting old. And, it kinda sounds stupid, but I'm scared of what's in the dark, not the dark, just what's in it - even if I know there's nothing there. What is your earliest memory? My mum throwing my dad's toy collection at him as he drove a way after they'd had an argument. I'd been pealing potatos for our dinner and cut my thumb. I didn't know whether to go tell her or to let her carry on throwing the toy cars... What is the trait you most deplore in yourself? Not realising when I'm doing things wrong and being cluless on how to change them when I finally find out. Oh, and being rubbish at talking on the phone. What is the trait you most deplore in others? Saying they're going to do something, then not doing it. What was your most embarrassing moment? It's always embaressing when my mum talks about what I was like when I was little... Property aside, what's the most expensive thing you've bought? My iPod, but soon to be my IOW festival ticket. What is your most treasured possession? A blanket I have had since I was a few weeks old. If my house was on fire, and all my family were out, I'd save that. What do you most dislike about your appearance? ...I have flab... Who would play you in the film of your life? ME!?!?! What is your guiltiest pleasure? Teasing someone I've known for years, because it's funny when they get annoyed. What is your most unappealing habit? Sniffing when I have a cold. Where would you like to live? I like the Isle of Wight, but I'd like my own house, so I don't have to tidy up. What does love feel like? I don't know. What was the best kiss of your life? I've never been kissed. Who would you invite to your dream dinner party? Mika , my best friend Emma (LoveLoveMika3> on here), David Tennant, Robert Pattinson and a bunch of mates from school. What is the worst job you've done? I've only had one job - a paper round If you could edit your past, what would you change? A lot of things I've said, without thinking before hand. How do you relax? Listen to music, write or read. What is the closest you've come to death? I've step out in front of a car a couple of times, because I forgot to look, but that's it thankfully. What single thing would improve the quality of your life? Some sort of rationing system, so I CAN'T eat as much. What do you consider your greatest achievement? Getting 100% on a peice of maths homework?!?!?! Erm... I got a GSCE in music (well, the equivelent of it) when I was 12... What keeps you awake at night? My bedroom door not being closed properly. Seriously, it bugs me! What song would you like played at your funeral? Into the West, by Annie Lennox, or Over My Shoulder What is the most important lesson life has taught you? To think before you open your mouth Where would you most like to be right now? Somewhere my feet wouldn't feel like ice. Tell us a secret. I don't think I've listened to anything but TBWKTM on my iPod since it came out...
  2. Hi Silver. Erm... dunno why I don't just answer the last reply... Other people quoted so that's what I did. :-)

  3. Nope! Keep guessing!! mel_tinydancer and cherol you're right though!!
  4. This is a game me and my friends played at a party. It was v funny! It's pretty much a word game, but also a kind of puzzle. So, basically, there is this land, called the 'land of boo' and some things are allowed in the land of boo, some things aren't. One person starts and the others have to work out why some things are allowed in the land of boo and some things aren't. If you think you get it, don't say what you think the rule is, just join in and someone who knows the game/has worked out the rule can tell you if you're right or not. Ok, I think that makes sense (please tell me if it doesn't), so I'll start with a few examples. In the land of boo, they have trees but no bushes. In the land of boo, they have school but no teachers. In the land of boo, they have lorries but no cars. In the land of boo, they have books but no words. Ok, see if you can work out what the rule is.
  5. Thanks!! Really helpful!!!! Just one last question, just to be annoying, any idea what time it would finish? Because, yes, I am going to try and get the train back.... I've had a quick check of the ones later on, but none of them (after 11 anyway) would get me back in time for the last boat to the Isle of Wight!!!! Oh, the joys of living on an Island!!!!!!! Anyway, thanks again. :biggrin2:
  6. Thanks very much. I'll just have to check train times now!!!
  7. Never been to this venue before... never actually been to Brighton before... So, a couple of questions.... Anyone know if you can get a train from Portsmouth to Brighton without changing?!?!? I'll be going after school which finishes at 3pm. Hoping that there'll be a train that gets me there on time!! And second, is the train station in walking distance? I can always get a taxi or something, but was kinda hoping there wouldn't be much more on top of the price of the tickets? Thanks. Punkie xxx
  8. I think his dancing is amazing!! At the Bestival it was so energetic and he was loving it all the time! I like the way that when he jumps he lands on the beat - or at least he did at the Bestival! I haven't seen him do the toe-thing. Will have to look it up!
  9. I was also by the left hand speaker!!! We probably saw each other! Lol
  10. Two Penguins? Cool. Who's the other one?
  11. Hi, I'm PunkiePenguin from the Isle of Wight in the UK. My mum bougt Life in Cartoon Motion when it first came out, because she liked Grace Kelly, so I put it on my iPod, but I didn't listen to it much. I tended to listen to more depressing stuff, like My Chemical Romance. Then I went to the Isle of Wight Bestival (pretty much a music festival that's more family orientated for those of you who haven't heard of it) in 2009 where MIKA was playing on the Saturday. Me and my best friend were right at the barrier and it was AMAZING!!!!!! So now we are both obsessed!!!!! MIKA is pretty much the only thing I listen to on my iPod. It's great on my paper round in the morning! Hopefully, I'm going to go to Brighton on the 3rd of March to see MIKA because he was so amazing live at the Bestival!!!!! Punkie xxxxx
