yes,we´ll go to closest towns and interesting places... of course we first need to match the dates so Raul is on holidays too. But if you wanna google,I was thinking about "El monasterio de piedra in Zaragoza", "Albarracín in Teruel", "Cortes de Pallás in Valencia" and if my family has still their house there, "Tramacastilla in Teruel". These places among others,of course... EXCITED!!

I´m not a oh-so-great-cooker tho but if "real spanish meals" means "anything that a spanish girl cooks in Spain",yes,you´ll taste those.
