    Aww bless! He sounds like one of my previous history teachers... The worst thing about him is that he's the father of one my friends. I think I need one before AND after the movie... Okay, maybe one before and after it, well, more than one. Another thing I hate: It's only the beginning of winter and my skin is already really dry and itchy. Too much information for you guys? Maybe, in which case I apologize, but it seriously drives me crazy.

    I hate that one of my friends is forcing me to see the new Twilight movie because no one else will go to the cinema with her. Luckily she's offered to buy me a beer afterwards, I have a sneaky suspicion I'm going to need it. I hate it when other girls are rude to me and judge me simply because I've got different esthetics. I hate it when strangers in bars grope me and think it's okay. I hate the smell of basil. It gives me a head ache. Gosh, I love this thread. That was very liberating.

    Oh wow, I find that pretty surprising! I would've never guessed that the melancholy of Finnish music can be appealing to someone. Let me know if you need help in learning the language when you get back to it!

    Hey you're right! I've never noticed that before but there's definitely a similarity, how strange! Glad you liked it! Here's another artist I like, Chisu, one of the decent female ones. Those of you who are curious about what the Finnish language sounds like, give it a go.

    Oh I love that song, it's a total classic! I don't really listen to a lot of Finnish music, but one of my favourites is The Crash. This song doesn't have an official video but it's my favourite at the moment, so here you go! I personally think The Crash is one of the most underrated Finnish bands ever, it's sad that they quit. There's been gossip about the singer being in a new band called Studio Killers, but there's no certainty because they're like Gorillaz, a virtual band. I think they've only released one full song so far, I'll post that one as well even though it's not a completely Finnish band.

    For the love of god, please stop posting pictures of the yellow glasses! They're making my eyes hurt! Although I have to admit that the whole "orange hoodie with a blouse and a tie mixed with messy straight-ish hair" -look isn't the greatest. Maybe it's the whole combo that's making me hate the yellow ones, because otherwise I think he looks really good with glasses, like the Kick-Ass ones someone posted. By the way, could someone explain the story behing the yellow clogs? I thought they were for recording the album to make clapping sounds or something.

    Yes! My thoughts exactly! I guess what bothers me the most with them is the fact that they remind me of this: In case he DOES lurk this thread: Dear Mika, if you still have those glasses could you kindly take them out of your drawer and step on them. Maybe even jump a couple times so that you can never wear them again.

    Yay for similar taste in sunglasses! I don't see the problem with the rolled up pants though, I think they're kinda cute! He's tall and he's got nice legs so he can pull it off.

    I've gone through the entire thread and I've never had so much fun in my life, I'm in tears right now. I usually like Mika's fashion sense, but the weird yellow-tinted sunglasses are unacceptable. Sure there were some clothes in this thread that I can't understand (like the birdie shirt), but I think the sunglasses are by far the worst thing I've seen. I don't know why I have such a problem with them but I really really dislike them.

    Oh yeah hahah, I feel kind of silly that I couldn't figure that out. I thought I was good at learning languages but apparently not. :biggrin2: Thanks for the link by the way, haven't seen that one! I'll take a look. Oh and I'm from Finland... unfortunately. :biggrin2:
