Every Arabic country has it's own dialect, and from what I understand they have trouble understanding each other lol
I used to be sort of decent in Spanish, but I don't remember most of it, though I can sound like a native reading it. No comprehension on my end though
Yeah, trying to learn french now though, especially since it drives me mad to be watching a lebanese show and have them suddenly switch into french for part of it.

Thanks! It's a bit difficult, especially starting out for me was hard. But then others in my class picked it up right away. Depends on the person, though if you work hard enough I think anyone can learn a language to at least a working proficiency.
It's a nice language most of the time. Depends on the dialect. Iraqi's have a harsher sound when they speak, but the Lebanese and Syrians sounds really kind of musical.

wow, I was thinking that no one was ever going to respond on this thread. Shukran. kind of suck at arabic in latin letters but the 5 is equivalent to the خ? Is that right? oh and shukran ktir for the new word! etmarran is another word to practice. sweet. how would you write حلو in latin letters if you don't mind my asking? And before I forget, your question. I took an intensive 64 week course in the language, so around a year and a half I've been studying it glad to know I'm not horrible. The way my teachers talked, always felt kind of retarded compared to my classmates who are like language sponges.

Ok I'm still figuring a lot of this out myself. But I think it has to be a picture that's on a website, and once you know where it is copy the http address. Then come here, and on the top right above where you can write, there's a little square that looks sort of like a postcard that you click on for "insert image" and a little pop up box appears that you put the http address into and then hit ok. Hope that helps you out at all. There might be an easier way, but I don't know it yet.

hmmm, I know for sure in Ep 1 Season 1, and I think she shows up briefly in Ep 3 Season 1. I haven't seen season 2 yet so I don't know if she ever showed up in those ones.

Don't think you missed too much. I ended up leaving too cause I had to go tutor some people. Yeah, they are all ridiculously good looking Mika has my heart, but I'd definitely have to take a second glance at his family if I saw them on the streets. Where can I get those genes for myself?

Yeah, it was kind of madness but so much fun. Glad you persevered through it:roftl: He does look very nice. Well here's a pic of the whole lovely family. And I have to say, Mika still wins my heart and here's the lovely chap who I was absolutely infatuated with when I was in middle school. Once again British. with dark, wavy/curly hair.....I'm starting to see a slight pattern I think:naughty:

Yeah no, Mika all the way. Sorry to his brother Fortune, but my heart's been stolen already. And isn't it just sad!? He's such a great, fantastic, imaginative artist! I don't understand why people don't see that. I like House more for the mind of the character than the actor lol Marc Jacobs though.... he's hot. Sadly american, but still uber hot. Need to go find a pic of him to put on here.

I ended up making an account right away, and have been spending inordinately large amounts of time on it learning more about him, and daydreaming about him Yes, sadly not a lot of mika fans here in the us. And all my friends that know about my recent obsession with him don't quite care for his music. sad really. slightly older British gent this time, but still rather attractive for his age
