  1. I think that the goal is not "being popular again" but being popular in a different way. I think the goal is to find a way to introduce an artistic world that has changed compared to the past and that many people who followed him before, did not know . To reach this goal, popular television is a very effective way, because it gives you TIME, the time it takes people to really understand who you are. And to accept new and different things that will come. People to change their minds is not easy, but with popular television it is possible. His success in Italy and France gives you the prove. :mf_rosetinted:

  2. Benvenuta Cupcake!

:mf_rosetinted:

  4. I can always find something special in Mika's songs, even if i have my favorite ones. I like his stile, his voice, his artistic world. I like almost all of them in some way.

    Except for: :teehee:

    1. Celebrate. I can't suffer it. Also in the acoustic version. I feel it really irritating. It has no sense for me, neither in the text nor in the melody. Or in the video. :fisch:

    2. Sturdust in Benassi version. For me it's horrible. And the song is so good: the acoustic version and the last version with Chiara are awsome. But the Benassi version has almost destroyed the song. What was Mika thinking about?? In my opinion. :blush-anim-cl:

  5. thank you so much! :huglove:

Sometimes i lost the details of the phrases, i can't understand everything in french. :fisch:

I see that Mika always says interesting things in a funny way, and that he's never banal or boring. He has personal opinions, and explains them without any fear.

He always respects people in front of him, but he also tries to put a little bit of "pepper" in the show. And the show needs of it, i think. :wink2:

He has choosen to play the role of the modern "enfant terrible". :teehee:

If you remeber, it's the concept he was talking about with Dario Fo two month ago in Italy.

A sort of grown child who looks so sweet and candid, but who has no fear to say every kind of embarassing truths to the others.

In my opinion, a right role for him in that kind of situation, he's credible for the public.

I liked him very much in his italian adventure, and i like him now in this new french adventure at The Voice.

  6. I think that in this song he's talking about identity. About personality. About differences and about tolerance. In a very special and deep way.

Being young does not mean being cool. Being cool does not mean being strong. Being free does not mean being safe (the blood on the knees).

There is not a "wrong light" or a "right light".

The point is to learn being ourselves. Respecting the others and trying to be respected. Without stopping of running, also with bloody knees. And this is NOT simple.

It is a real fight, an everyday fight, that you can win or lose.

In my opinion, this is the point, in this song. The personal identity. Where and how to find it. How to protect it and how to fight for it. I think it is a very very important theme for Mika, almost a matter of life or death. And he's probably right.

I 've discovered Mika with this song and i like it very much, it's one of my favourite. And the video, too. :teehee:

  7. I think the same, but notice something:we don't see Mika drinking Coca-cola during the spot anymore. In fact, it was Coke which made publicity to Mika. For the fourth studio album, I hope any track will be produced by someone else.Mika can produce any track, all of us we know it.:mikalove:

oh, i didn't know this story about Coca cola... :aah:

I agree with you...he can make all the ads he wants, but without involving advertising companies with the production of the album... :aah::aah::aah:

  8. I can't more than you, because I Do prefrer the acoustic version, it's he only pub that made me crying, I feel the sensibility of Mika through this song.Mika has choses to be produced by Bennassi , that makes the song a little bit boum-boum, , but it doesn't matter , the rhythm seems "Relax".:mikalove:and what Mika uses to do.

I think that the acoustic version of Stardust and the version with Chiara are absolutely better than the cd version produced by Benassi. :fisch:
