Purtroppo mi sembra che il passare del tempo renda le persone più aggressive, invece che più consapevoli anche dei benefici portati dalla nuova popolarità di Mika in Italia. Io trovo molto pesante e molto triste il clima pesante e competitivo che si è creato e che si acutizza ogni volta che c'è in programma qualche evento: andare a un concerto, piuttosto che a una conferenza stampa o a una registrazione in TV, dovrebbe essere un piacere e un'occasione per socializzare e non una gara a chi è presente più spesso o ha il posto più in vista. Posso capire che alcune scelte siano fonte di disaccordo, e concordo sul fatto che ormai la musica sembri un'occupazione secondaria, ma nell'arco di una carriera ormai decennale un certo grado di evoluzione è non solo naturale, direi indispensabile se non si vuole scadere nella banalità. Se non si è più appagati da quello che fa Mika ci si può anche prendere una pausa, in fin dei conti la vita è fatta di tante cose. Poi sui capelli si può scherzare, ma se non sono più quelli di una volta non è certo una sua colpa! Dipendesse da me, non avrei certo scelto di avere i capelli bianchi a vent'anni

Non sono sempre d'accordo con le sue scelte, ma parlare di delusione mi sembra esagerato. Per contro, in alcune circostanze sono stata molto fiera di Mika, quindi il bilancio è sempre positivo. Se parliamo della manciata di secondi in boxer a CasaMika, non vedo nessuna volgarità né malizia. Per quei pochi istanti, le mutande sono state un costume di scena. Erano adeguate al contesto e non gratuite, e in ogni caso la volgarità non si misura solo in centimetri di pelle scoperta. Quanto a OOL, io ci sono molto aaffezionata. Forse perché è uscito in un momento un po' buio per me, o perché è stata la prima occasione di vederlo dal vivo. Certo, è stato un disco di svolta ma resto dell'opinione che sia stato anche e soprattutto un disco di crescita personale e di maturazione

Leggo commenti entusiastici, e non stento a credervi. Spero che la possibilità di assistere alle registrazioni venga data a tante persone, sono certa che ne vale la pena. E spero che il pubblico da casa apprezzi quanto noi, quando lo spettacolo sarà trasmesso

Per fortuna quando l'ho visto ero da sola, più che altro Ti ringrazio molto, da me il giornale esce di giovedì e grazie alla tua gentilezza ho soddisfatto la mia curiosità in tempo reale

Ho visto, e sono molto tentata: l'idea è molto orginale. Il problema è che ho poco e tempo e non sono esattamente una persona creativa, però ci sto pensando.

Mika on a giant screen is worth the cinema ticket for sure,and I'd be pretty curious to see the outcome: I could hardly understand the meaning of some elements during the gig (the butlers at the beginning, just to say), perhaps the final editing makes the show more organic. I can only rely on a DVD release later, I highly doubt I can travel to France in October.

Before the show a small orchestra, a chorus and a group of kids sang two songs. The kids were wearing white gloves and they were interpreting the songs in the International Sign Language. I think that Mika was impressed by their performance

I must admit that I was a bit nervous, after the mess that happened in Genova. Now, I can't say that everything was perfect, but we were introduced into the venue in small groups, so there was no need to run, and most of the people arrived quite late, when the gates were already opened: they could enter immediately and take their places right at the bottom of the audience, no one pushed because the rows were completed one by one as people arrived. At a certain point we were forced to stand up and go towards the stage in order to make room for the people arriving, but despite of being well packed I can say that most of the audience were made by well behaved persons who only wanted to enjoy the gig, we were all singing and dancing and nothing bad happened (well, a few girls fainted but I think it's not a surprise, after a few hours standing in full sunlight at 35° C). The gig was great, I really like how some songs have been re-arranged and I'm happy that the setlist has changed, even if it's not perfectly matching my personal tastes. I'm happy Billy Brown is back, but I've never been fond of Big Girl, just to say, and I miss Origin of Love. Of course Mika is not only a musician and a singer, but also a showman and it's really funny seeing his reactions to what's happening around him (the green bug thing, for example) and listening to his little stories, including brand new ones about Billy Brown and Lollipop Girl . I was really happy to be with Pupaclaudia, Atlantica and other two friends, and also to have my sister and my nieces among the audience. Sharing your deepest feeling with trusted people is a priceless bonus
