  1. I bought wallpaper with the same birds when I was nineteen , I fell in love with them, it must have been premonitory of becoming a Mika fan later :blush-anim-cl:

My parents change the wallpaper because they didn't like the birds ...but when I saw Mika's jacket, I remembered them :thumb_yello:

Then it was destiny, it's clear :aah::mikalove:

I have to be honest, I really don't like birds. I'm a bad person :fisch:

  2. mika and nutella combined, my dream! :wub2::teehee: and i've never been to napoli either, would love to. sadly i can't go. but i fear it'll be chaos anyway, a free mika gig in italy in such a huge place doesn't sound like a relaxed event to me. :mf_rosetinted:

Yes, I'm worried about that too. But a live performance by Mika (plus Nutella, good point) would be a dream :wub2: I really hope it's going to happen (also hoping I can afford the trip, of course )

  3. Sorry' date=' people, I have something to say.

I'm here for a terrible, stupid and cynical joke, a betting.

Unfortunately I've got idiot "friends" who wanted me to join this community just to making fun of Mika's fans.

"Friends" like those must die, I hope they find people like them sooner or later, people as cynical as they are. They don't think how they can hurt people they don't know.

I know that apologizes aren't enough but believe me, I'll never take part at cyberbullism, never. The difference between a joke and bullism online is very thin.

However, I asked Administrator to delete my account as soon as possible.

Please don't consider my posts. I'm going to delete them.

    thanks[/quote']

I don't get it. If you disagree as you claim, why did you do it? Anyway, I don't care enough about such an idiotic thing to be bothered. I guess you failed.

Buona Pasqua a te! :yay:

  5. Hm, that name also means fighter, the ones of you who knows more about me knows nomen est omen but I will explain, not in details and I know here are many who have to suffer, or fight. So, in my life bad things happend, so I have to fight...yes and I have to fight against a diabolic thing, called depressions but here are enough who have to be strong much more, my respect and good wishes to all of them, I adore you:huglove::huglove:

Well, that's a meaningful name! I'm sorry to hear that. I know it's a constant fight, that it's made of up and downs. I experienced it, too. I'm learning to recognize the signs, in order to do something before slipping down everytime. I'm happy you've got so much from this community, it's amazing :wub2:

  6. i'll take a serious conversation anyday over discussing his physical attributes :naughty:

Yes, let's raise awareness towards the really serious issues please :naughty:

    C

Of course and I love the fact that MFC is a democracy, always and always will be :thumb_yello::wub2:

But I did get this distracting pic for my birthday :mikadas: and I've been seing rainbows and flowers and baby Melachis ever since :naughty:

    http://gyazo.com/9e658c8579fa492dad9254963e4585f9

:lmfao: OMG that's awesome (and now I'm picturing baby Melachis thanks to you :naughty:)

it will be a different kind of concert, that's for sure... one that will hopefully showcase his voice :wub2:

i'd love to be a fly on the wall during the rehearsals :teehee:

I'd love to be a fly on the wall during the concert!! :tears:

  7. ok, I joined in four years ago but I'm not sure if my introduction ever appeared in the right thread:naughty:

So, I'm from Germany and I never want be a member of a fan club except the one I'm in since years.

    How I find Mika?

In 2007 I bought the single Grace Kelly as a gift for my younger sister but also loved the song( and still do) but I have had prejuidice against Mika:blush-anim-cl: ( just another boring boy like so many others, pretty face but not more...) So I didn't go to his gig also I could get a ticket, later I watched it on video and I was angry about myself:aah: From that time I watched each vid, bought cds and DVDS and in 2010 I had my first Mika gig live. He impressed me in a way I haven't thought to be possible, a fantastic artist and I liked to share my love with others, so I became member of MFC.

My name is Frauke, that means liitle woman ot little lady, a simple explaination for my nick name:naughty: and I'm 43

I'm one of five siblings, love music, singing, animals , work as receptionist and I'm a writer

    So enough:teehee:

Hello Frauke, I'm a new member so it's weird that it's me saying welcome to you! :aah: It's nice to know your first impression about Mika.

I didn't know what Frauke means, that's cute!

  8. Bump! :lmfao:

This is supposed to be the thread for scans and translations :teehee: so just in case you're interested in this I'm posting it again :naughty:

I enjoyed reading and translating it and the end is sweet in my opinion because he talks about love :wub2:

And I will always love him and his gorgeous voice and songs :wub2:

    :teehee:

Thank you for the translation :huglove:

  9. We all need to earn a living. But when someone "needs" 4 multi-million-dollar houses and a 5-star-plus hotel room at the same time you are talking about a whole different set of values that has absolutely nothing at all to do with a desire to continue making music.

If you want to believe this is the same boy who wrote songs for the sole purpose of expressing himself on an ancient chipboard piano in his parents' one-bedroom basement apartment be my guest.

To everyone else, he won't exist. Oh well.

This is so depressing. I wish I could say that it isn't true, but to be honest I've had the same thoughts, multiple times. :emot-sad:

I like reading all the positive comments, though, because they remind me of all the good things about him and I just don't want to give up hope for new good music and concerts. Call me a fool, but if this is the price to pay for more music that makes me feel so good, I'm willing to accept the "changed musician/celebrity Mika", for it wouldn't be possible any other way for me.

  10. What is the problem with the tweet? And I mean this as a real question, not in a "defend Mika" way. What is wrong with doing a spot for the inscribing campaign and sharing it on his twitter if you are a judge?

I have no problem with sharing the spot, I was referring to the sentence that's written in the tweet. It's a just a plain, cold commercial phrase copied and paste, with that kind of phoney words you can hear only in an ad. It felt strange when I read it on his Twitter :annoyed_h4h: Not a big deal, it's just what I thought. :fisch:
