I don't know , I just know that there are many "cafés" on the boulevard next to the Philarmonie But of course don't know if ther will be possible to go in Pantin and the northern part of Paris is not the bestplace of the town , but I sometimes stayed there with friends and it was ok . To come back alone is another story , I probably would not try . Next to the "Mercure" you can find an "Ibis" which is cheaper and you probably would be able to cancell if you book with "booking.com" for example A bit further but inside Paris you can find a good youth hostel with dormitories called "Générator" . Again with the Covid , not sure if it's open or not. In général be carefull with low prices hotels in Paris . They may be dirty .....or worse...

I'm ok to run if the weather is good , but maybe rather at "la vilette canal" instead of the Seine (quite dangerous and polluted)

Apart from your passport problem , stay tuned of how the "quarantine" issues will evolve . Because of the Idian variant that is present in UK , I heared that people coming from England have to stay in a 5 days quarantine . Don't even know if it's also valid for people who have a stop at a London airport .....maybe people who are not coming by direct flights should also be carefull about that

I think that the 2 concerts we checked are on the same day , that may be why ....

yes I know ..... I've also tried Maybe they changed the rules for the new season If not , as I said before , as long as the places are limited they maybe want to leave a chance to more people to get at least one place for one session

Maybe you can use 1 subscription but still will have to add 1 other concert if they consider that the 2 Mika sessions are part of the same concert In général subscriptions are made to help filling the concerts that are less popular. Don't remember exactly how many , but in my town we have to subscribe more concerts than in Paris , that's for sure.

I suppose they are not used to this kind of situation Probably the first time that they have an international pop star .......and in the middle of a pandemic ! They also maybe want to try that everyone could attempt at least one session

From a commercial point of view it's quite logical too ...... Tbh what confuse me more is the "distanciation" rules They said to someone that only people from a same family would be seated side by side and there will be a place left between 2 groups I suppose (hope) that they won't be able to check everyone
