    Spoiler

No worries, no boxing ring has been installed on the tray of the remote hook. No blows or fights will take place in the show co-hosted by Nikos Aliagas and Karine Ferri. This name is intended, rather, for coaches, as Mathieu Grelier explains: "When we finished designing this event, we simply thought that the coaches would come out of it knocked out because they will experience an evening of emotion and decision-making like they have never experienced in The Voice".

    The Voice's K.O. principle

Between the famous blind auditions and the live shows, the programme struggled to find such a strong and intense stage. And the least we can say is that the KOs are fully fulfilling this role. Of the 18 talents in their team, Julien Clerc, Soprano, Mika and Jenifer will only have to keep six.

In all, there will be four issues dedicated to this event: one for each coach. At a party, each juror sees all his or her talents, one after the other, and renders his or her verdict. He has three options. First, if he has a crush, he buzzes and sends his talent directly to the next step. Second, he can separate from a candidate if he does not see him go any further by giving him explanations. Finally and thirdly, if he hesitates, he has the possibility of placing him in the red zone, a kind of waiting area.  But be careful, in the red zone, the other coaches can steal the wheel from him. And having seen some images, it is possible to say that some will bite their fingers.

How did the coaches react to this new step?

As Mathieu Grelier tells us, each coach has experienced the knockouts in his own way. "Soprano is really the kindest person in the world and saying no really didn't make him feel good, but he did it very well with heart and empathy," he says. For his part, Mika told him that this was the strongest evening he had ever experienced as a coach in The Voice. As for Jenifer, "she has prepared a lot of her talents for the K.O. and she has assumed her role with the sensitivity that characterizes her, but also with the responsibility of a coach". Finally, Julien Clerc, against all expectations for him, was particularly attached to his talents, which made the decisions difficult.

Suddenly I realized that among my friends and family there is sitting Fortune (why he appears so often in my dreams???).

Because it seems more "real" to you, reachable for your subconscious than the older brother?

I dream more often of Andy because I like his world much more and our virtual discussions are so much more interesting!

To be honest, I don't like paying for M&G. I know many artists do that but I think you shouldn't pay for meeting someone... It feels wrong to me. I think if there are too many fans who would wait after the show, it's better to make a competition than force them to pay more for meeting you.

Paying to spend time with someone.... it's a concept that reminds me of something!

  4. Irem, I would like to come back to the smile.
It's something important; and look how well Mika understood it!  That's certainly why you chose it as your signature.  :biggrin2:

When you smile, it's communicative, the people around you feel better and smile too. The smile is a form of letting go intended to paralyze our aggressive impulses and neutralize those that the other may feel towards us. It's a sign of appeasement.
In addition, it activates molecules in the brain that make people happy and reduce stress.
That's why some therapies ask people to force themselves to smile even if they don't want to, all day long and it ends up becoming a habit.
You could try, to see if it works with you and how others perceive you. :wink2:

  5. If this is your first work experience, it's normal for you to be nervous, everyone goes through it and even your future employer.
If he seems nice to you, you can even tell him.
You can take a small notebook and pencil in your pocket to write down what you will have to do as tasks. This will give you the opportunity to better memorize the process as the days go by.
Ask if you will have a referent, when you will have questions to ask and especially do not hesitate to ask them during your interview and during your work. Not only will you make fewer mistakes if you know what to do, but it will also show that you are motivated.
And as soon as this work is done, you will have an experience to add to your CV and you will be much less afraid next time.

    Spoiler

Mika is probably not about to forget her meeting with Coco. On Saturday, March 9, TF1 broadcast a new issue of The Voice season 8. Among the various talents who presented themselves during the blind auditions, the jury fell under Coco's spell. Mika, Jenifer, Julien Clerc and Soprano all turned around during the performance of Celine Dion's song All By Myself. They then met Coco, a young Moldovan woman of 26 full of energy. In addition to having an extraordinary voice, this talented candidate has an extraordinary temperament. That's the least we can say.

"I'm crazy. I'm very spontaneous," Coco said at the outset. Mika was able to verify this. The very seductive young woman has made a series of innuendoes and devastating smiles, not hesitating to make fun of her. When choosing a coach, Coco, always very cash, said the most seriously in the world: "I like to dominate". Jenifer replied: "That's good, so am I." But it was a lost cause. Coco knew from the beginning which of the four coaches she would choose. "Mika, still don't you understand?" she said, lascivious. "I... I think she chose me," replied the singer, totally confused by the young woman and slightly embarrassed.

At the end of the show, during the debriefing, the coaches and Nikos came back to Hurricane Coco: "It is very colourful, it is very atypical, a little iconoclastic, it breaks the code.... In reality, you're in trouble because it's going to be difficult to handle this one. Forgive me, but that's the term... to guide, to accompany," summarized the presenter.

    Spoiler

THE VOICE - Oops. The fourth session of the blind auditions of "The Voice" took place on Saturday, March 2, with a slight moment of hesitation on the set, as the jury praised the performance of Makja, one of the talents of this eighth season, and the last candidate of the evening.

Le Bordelais, a lover of words and a facilitator of writing and expression workshops, introduced himself to Soprano, Mika, Jenifer and Julien Clerc with a cover of Orelsan's "Tout va bien". He seduced the only woman on the jury with his frank and "inhabited" rap: "I think you have the talent to interpret songs," Jenifer told him.

But another member of the jury turned around to try to convince Makja to join his team: the British Mika, who buzzed in the very last seconds of the candidate's performance. The latter, responding to Julien Clerc and indicating that he was 38 years old, provoked a very spontaneous reaction from the singer of "Grace Kelly", as you can see in the video at the top of the article (from 2:30).

"No, really!" Mika dropped out, quickly realizing that he had spoken too quickly. "I'm an asshole," the juror added, visibly embarrassed by his release, with the laughter of the audience and other jury members. Mika tried to make up for it by explaining why he had turned his chair upside down when he heard Makja's performance: "You sing as if you had a 27-year-old mix with the wisdom of someone who is 47 years old. Compared to age stereotypes, you do not fall within the normal criteria". "Never trust appearance," Makja replied.
The candidate, for whom everything is indeed going well this Saturday evening, has finally chosen to join Jenifer's team. Composer and lyricist, Makja already has an album to his credit.

    Spoiler

With The Voice, the shows follow one another but are not the same! This Saturday, March 9th, Nikos Aliagas gave us a beautiful slip of the tongue (the kind that will NEVER fall into oblivion, and that will come out every December 31st), and some totally perky talents have appeared.

Nikos, it's like the Zorro of The Voice. Cunning fox who makes his law, winner he is every time, yes, only this is it: to want to play the fool, Nikos Aliagas had the tongue that broke. Just like that, without warning. And unlucky for him (but fortunately for us), the editors of The Voice chose to keep this delicious moment in the editing (thanks guys). It all started with Virginia, who came from Mauritius. Nikos wanted to try the coaching experience, and settled into Mika's chair. So the real coach sat on the armrest. And then Nikos, the great calm, lost his mind. Yes, yes, yes!" I'll ####... buzzer with Mika! "At the same time, say, it's hard to say, buzzer. It's not a word from everyday life (unless you play Burger Quiz every day).

True, I've read that she took part as a model in the Fashion Freak Show of J.P. Gaultier, but I don't know if she managed to become a successful singer since then... I haven't heard any news about her lately.  But you're right, you never know where the opportunity comes from when you get exposed on TV shows, anything is possible. We'll see :wink2:

She is currently "working" at the "Folies Bergère".  :wink2:

That's also what I thought, that she was arrogant! But that's just what I can tell from my first impression, if it really is like she says, that this way of behaving helps her dealing with being shy in private, then it really could be that she's the sweetest person!
But still, I didn't like her overacting...

I'm not sure that a person who openly admits to being a dominatrix is the sweetest, most shy person in the world! fouet.gif.0a698f3e972fc72a456ac6f9e5044177.gif

I didn't like her behavior either, this way she will never succeed in the musical business. It was embarrassing and the only funny thing was Mika's reaction,  scared but still trying to smile :biggrin2:

Remember last year, the performances of Demi-mondaine. :biggrin2:   And she managed to break into her field before she even finished The Voice!

Show business is the place where you can break in, especially if you're weird.

I saw a part of the live she did on her instagram and she seemed shy during the part I saw...but she sure embarrassed Mika doing her "show". It can't be denied that she sings very well...it seems she got lots of haters after she did The Voice in her contry and that she was in depression for two years (From what she said) She is not like any other candidate as Mika said....one thing is sure she is the one we all talk about as she was so different...I'm waiting to see more because I don't know enough...but I'm in a state of shock like Mika :lmfao:and I hope her coaching won't be too difficult...

On the contrary, I hope that his coaching will be difficult and that everything will be filmed!  :bleh:
