We can use many hashtags in the post. (Except for IG stories - I think we can choose only one hashtag) For sure #yomika. #MikaXmas wasn't used on Twitter (at least I don't find any) #merryxmasmika can be used as well as a part of our greetings And I propose as well to add the country we are from (as we did in September) - it will show Mika that the whole world thinks about him this special day.

Generally it's on Twitter. In September it worked very well. Mika saw it very quickly. But I know that not every one has a Twitter account, so we can do the same on Instagram.
