Mika concerts from Magic Piano Tour have never been put on the cancelled/postponed list. As the procedure is different in this case it doesn't matter. Fans were able to request the refund for exchange their other tickets into the Verona concert. If it still doesn't work and today it's the last day I propose you to sent an email to TicketOne Customer Service.

Do you put the correct data? I mean "carta" and S.F. number? I know that some fans tried to put another numbers from their tickets. In this case there is a notification that the ticket is not refundable.

I think these 4 rows are in the part which was clear while we were buying our tickets (in the buca d'orchestra). So the distance to the stage for our tickets stays the same. As someone already mentioned here in the forum, the Arena di Verona has the stage pretty far from the audience. And even without these 4 new rows it's further than in other venues.

You have to request the refund for all tickets you bought. Only for Arena di Verona the 19th of September tickets are still valid. Or if you don't have a ticket for the 19th of September but you have any other ticket but you want to exchange it into the Arena di Verona ticket, you have to send a request to TicketOne or TicketMaster - depending where you bought you first tickets. If you bought a ticket for Arena di Verona but you can't go, you have to send the request for the refund.

If the systems received your first request you will not be able to request again the same tickets. So if it passes it means the first one didn't work. But if the system has them already you will see the message on the screen that the ticket has been already received and in process.

Well, this is the screen from TicketOne's website. There are almost only places in the farthest sectors only. Hard to say if TicketOne distributed already all places from other concerts. There is still 3 day to claim the refund or replacement.

Yes, we don't know if he will change anything. But anyway I think it's good to do it at the beginning of the gig to send him our message. So it's quite a good idea to do it after the first song. If no changes the next will be Origin of Love. Which matches with our message

for e-ticket you need to click on "show ticket order" at you tickets list - and you will see this blue button "show ticket".. Click on it. And a blue screen will pop-up. In the right down corner there is an icon "i" for information. Click on it. On the next screen you will see needed details: carte and F.S. number. You need to copy them to your request.

Yes, we can see empty spaces in the corners of the first rows. But it's just a photo from some other fan action. But actually I am thinking that if the first rows will not be involved in the big heart FA we can distribute color paper hearts in the front part of the venue. Like this most of people (I think it can be 3/4 of the capacity) will take part of the big heart FA. And the small part in the front in the small hearts FA. Or we will do both in the same time.Like this we could avoid the confusion especially for those who are not used to FA. @Serenamiglio_ do you know already how big the heart will be and how many rows in the front part of the venue will be excluded from your FA?

I think the main reason of the tour cancellation was the significant costs increase - so if the revenue from the sold tickets don't cover the costs it's obvious that they refund all possible tickets and are not letting people keep the "old" tickets for the future. Because in the future the tickets will be even more expensive. I've already read about a gig cancellation of an Italian artist. As well the band Anthrax has cancelled the whole European tour. In both cases the main reason mentioned in the statements was "logistic issues" and costs. So quite similar to the ones mentioned in Mika's post. Looks like the war in Ukraine and all restrictions against Russia impact the whole Europe (or even the whole world) even on the entertainment business level. The Piano Tour has been scheduled still in 2021. A big amount of tickets have been sold still before the war in Ukraine. Nobody could even imagine what would happen next. So I think we will hear more and more about concerts, tours cancellation. And Mika is one of the victims of the global economic situation. I don't want to think what it will be look like the next year. Economic instability can ruin a lot of plans, a lot of companies, businesses ect.

Ah, Ok. I didn't understand. But we don't know if the security let us enter the sticks - you know - dangerous item. As we had problems in Lille with origami birds for Paloma. We were allowed to enter only those with paper straws. But the idea of a red heart on a white sheet for everybody? It would be easier to distribute than creating the heart on a white background. But as you said - let's Italian fans to decide.

Any idea is good. Just one thing - generally we will come with a small luggage. The paper is heavy. Hearts are easier to carry. We can make 2 hearts from one piece of paper A4. No need to spend money on printing them - even if I like the idea of printed red heart on a white sheet. If anybody from Italy would print it it would be great! And we can collect money for it. And even if the fan action has been already done - only a fraction of us was in London. For many fans it will be something new. As Mika said after Eurovision - it's all about feeling we are together, being united. Participate in something together. The small flags - you mean Italian flags? Or flags from different countries? We can make them during our Sunday picnic?

Nobody is obliged to participate in any fan action. You can take a heart or a sheet of paper and do with it what you want. Or you can say "no thank you" and you enjoy the show as you like.

Because I proposed the paper hearts first as a sort of a joke. But then I realized that we need to do more in Verona. As we did in Carcassonne - several fan actions for Mika. This concert in Verona will be more special than any other this year. And I feel that we need to express our feeling as much as possible. Paper hearts are easy to make, easy to distribute and people keep them as a souvenir.

I mean the second fan action with the color paper hearts in the front rows.

Serena, do you know already when you want to make this FA? During which song I mean. I counted the seats on the parter section. There is about 2350 places. So I think we can prepare this amount of paper hearts without any problem. (In London in 2019 we had 2000) Let's make this concert as special as we can.
