  1. My first thought was that the boulders looked very much like the boulders I sat on in Geneva. Same type of stone. I don't know if that's typical of all Swiss lakes though.

That clinic is a fancy place, but recently they've had some poor reviews - doctors not listening to their patients, prescribing treatments that don't work etc. I hope they're not taking advantage. 😠

Max was obviously flying in with the emergency back-up wallet, just in case. :biggrin2:

  2. Update, lab results back, all clear, no nasty viruses or bacteria causing infection. :whew:

But, next step is surgery to stop her eyelids catching on her eyes. :tears: Has to be done, for her own comfort and also if untreated it can lead to eye ulcers. Just waiting on vet to confirm details.

‘Even from a young age I could see you were a star’ 🌟

@mikainstagram’s message for @maemuller is so sweet!

So lovely! And her reaction, lol, sorry Mae, no one is immune to his charms, once you've got the Mikavirus there's no cure!

We should send her an MFC badge. :lol3:

  4. That. Was. Incredible. Oh gosh. Wow, wow wow wow. So full of emotion right now. Such a brilliant, brilliant show. So glad we were able to see behind the scenes, it just added so much more depth to the experience. Kudos to the producers, they know their job - I realised at one point I was nervous for the contestants! Err, I was there, I know what happened, why am I nervous?? :lol3:

    @mellody You're famous!

So, so impressed yet again by Mikas coaching, he has such an innate understanding of the candidates. Watching him coach Sean was amazing.

And of course, the 4 candidates were fantastic. Brilliant performances. The update at the end, that they've started some joint projects and plan on keeping in touch, was perfect. ❤️

    Yes please!! :cheer:

But honestly, he would sell out fast if he would perform in Cologne. It is close to the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

He also sold out 3 (!) nights in Utrecht after having been absent for a couple of years, Cologne is even better situated geographically wise!

Does Cologne have a festival that could invite him to play?

    :bye: Mika

A record of you saying that you perform at the Seoul Jazz Festival (we already knew that) is not what I asked for, but since when do you do what I ask for. :lmfao:

Ok nothing to the Cap Roig Festival, then I'll just take that record (for now :naughty:).

And I wish the Seoul Jazz Festival all the best for its 15th anniversary. :yay:

He obviously felt that you needed something from him, he just wasn't sure what. :lol3:

I decided to go now, despite the bad seats and the VIP frontrows. Because I still have hope that there might be a chance to get better seats closer to the date (was the same with Cap Roig last year), or if not, Mika might still play a new song and/or have a chat with us after the show. 😊 Flights & buses booked, see you all there! :thumb_yello:

    Yay! 🥳
