The thing is I also have to think about travel arrangements. If I can't get tickets for both of us by maybe December time then I might have to give London a miss.

Bless my Mum though, she said I could get a standing ticket and she'll go shopping and stay at the hotel on the day instead! 😭  There's no way I could go all the way down to London with her and not have her with me for the concert.

Manchester is much MUCH closer to me, it might be possible I'll go there on my own...

That's really sweet of you to think of your mum! ❤  I really hope something works out for you.

And now it looks like Dublin is sold out!

Edit: only resale tickets from time to time

I checked earlier and there were still a few seats on the upper level. They've gone fast!

    Happy for Mika!

This is the gig I would have chosen since the date and flight cost ( from Naples) were more feasible for me. But I'm still hoping for a date in Italy.

    Hi everyone!!

I'm Diana from Indonesia. I just joined MFC on September 15th. First of all, thank you MFC for allowing me to join. I would like to greet MFC members who have joined for a long time. I know that not many fans from my country join MFC, maybe because of lack of information, but that doesn't mean there aren't many Mika fans in Indonesia. I've only known Mika for the past few months, which is sad..😢, but better late than never!! 🤭🤣

It turned out that Mika had done a concert in Indonesia in 2013, which was even sadder😭, because I missed the concert..😖. I hope Mika is willing to come again to make a concert in Indonesia to meet his "Hardcore Fans", Mika's nickname for fans in Indonesia😆. Now this country has changed a lot, unlike 10 years ago.

I got to know Mika through YouTube, I was interested in hearing the song Happy ending, that was Mika's song that I heard for the first time and I love it, finally I looked for information about Mika on the internet and his other songs, and I found out information about MFC and are interested in joining so that I can stay updated with information about Mika. I am happy to join at MFC to make communication and sharing information with members from all over the world.

I hope everyone is always happy and healthy.

    Nice to see u all..!!🤗

    Hello @Divera Zilvania

I didn't know Mika had been to Indonesia  and that he had fans there! Glad you've joined MFC. 😊 The Sinfonia Pop videos are what turned me into a Mika fan about 3 years ago.  This is one of my favorite  interviews (in case you haven't seen it). I think Mika's funny and already shows he doesn't take himself too seriously:

  4. About half an hour ago my husband was watching the reality show "Quattro matrimoni" ( Four Weddings)  on Italian Sky TV and during the reception you could hear one of Mika's songs in the background ( don't know if it was being played by the restaurant or the TV show).

    Guess which one . . . "Happy Ending"! 😄

I hope it's the case, I went to the Apollo this year for Sam Ryder and wouldn't be too difficult for me since it's after Easter so I could get the time off hopefully

@BeccaStardust The plan below is for another gig at the Apollo. For the standing area, which is closest to the stage, I guess it's necessary to queue for quite a few hours, whereas the circle seated areas guarantee you a seat without having to queue a long time. Is that the case? Can you still see well from the yellow Circle Seated area which looks sold out here ?

It would be great to see Mika in Italy but I imagine this will be a pretty special gig (provided it's confirmed). :original:

This photo is from Mika's 2023 Tokyo gig, isn't it?  He's wearing the pyjamas he had on Casa Mika. So he's like the rest of us, keeping pyjamas he likes/feels comfortable in for several years. 😊  Or perhaps he wears them when he travels . . .

Thanks to everyone for your replies :-)

I would love to see Mika live. I`ve never been to one of his concerts before. The problem is that I am not sure if I will be able to go. I have to be very careful not to catch Covid. Which means I wear a mask when I`m around people and I try to reduce contacts. I don`t know how I could make this concert Covid Safe for me. Even with the best mask I would still be surrounded by a few hundred people indoors.

I`m thinking about buying 2 tickets now, just in case something changes for me until April and I would be able to go.

Would it be easy to re-sell my tickets a few weeks before the concert if it turns out that I won`t be able to use them?

If a venue has assigned seats and you buy two that are close to the stage, I don't think it would be difficult to sell the tickets (even if the show weren't sold out).

Instead, if everyone is standing and the gig isn"t sold out, it would be harder to sell the tickets. Maybe a solution could be to sell them at a lower price; at least you'd get part of your money back.

I've been to only one Mika gig myself, so perhaps a fan with more experience can confirm or correct what I've written.

Mika never has any trouble handling crowds at gigs but watching him being overwhelmed by a group of kids makes me smile!

Looks like he's enjoying it though. 😊

This is all very exciting and I'm happy that Mika will be performing new music for this tour but I'm allowed to be a little sad that there's no UK date right? :(

Seeing as this is taking up the whole of March I hope Mika might go to more countries afterwards.

Anyway, he is going to be one very busy man! Now to find out his secret for how he fits in time to sleep . . .

I expect Mika will do several gigs again in the UK next spring like he did this year, especially if he appears on the second season of The Piano.

I wonder when he'll return to North America - will he wait until his English-language album  is ready?
