  1. Because the McDonald's contest offered 9,000x2 tickets to win, and also there are 15x2 tickets for a M&G with Mika after the concert. So these venues are too small to accommodate all the winners. πŸ˜‰
  2. The two biggest concert halls in Lyon are already booked for other events (LDLC Arena and the Halle Tony Garnier.) The only venue remaining is the "Palais des Congrès", which can accommodate 19,000 people and, I believe, can be adapted to set up a stage. We'll see.
  3. So you're asking us to avoid looking at these threads when they should just be deleted? Deleting takes less than a minute, right? You talk about "be inclusive", should I remind you of the definition of this word? I's a word referring to the acceptance of differences. So, are you asking us to accept that people speak negatively about an artist's sexuality? Is that it? Do I need to remind you that even recently, Mika mentioned in an interview that he avoids social media because he still receives hurtful messages privately? Do you really think that him and his team would be happy to learn that the moderators of the MFC support this kind of talk? Yes, they're not highlighted on the forum, thankfully. But they exist; it's not just two pages about it. The stop should have been put in place as soon as this forum was launched to prevent overflow. You had already made a statement about it a few years ago with the only argument being that Mika was a "sex symbol" for some. Okay, fine, but people don't have to expose their fantasies in public. Minors look at this site, and the impulses of some should not be exposed on a site accessible to all. You've written rules that isn't enforced: "Administrators and moderators of these forums reserve the right to remove any content posted by members, or to suspend or ban any member at any time or for any reason in accordance with these guidelines and at their sole discretion. They also reserve the right to handle all administrative issues, including disciplinary action, privately (...) Adult topics and language - avoid profanity, explicit sexual posts, excessive sexual innuendo or other content that may be inappropriate. This would include posts that describe a sex act, or strongly imply one. The forum system automatically blanks out certain curse words, but there are some that it won't catch and you may be asked to stop using those words by a moderator." So I'm sorry, but even if you don't enforce the forum rules, how do you expect us not to complain? Accept being in the wrong and clear out the threads.
  4. But what's crazy is that we're just asking for the information to be shared on ALL MFC social media platforms! Whether it's when the MFC receives invitations, access to presales, etc... And don't tell me it's complicated to do. So what if more people sign up? That's kind of the point of a draw! I think we've all understood that NO ONE here is trying to open up the discussion when we try to do so. We're proposing solutions here so that everyone is on an equal footing. You talk about the site being "well done" and where everyone can find their way. 4.2 million posts! And you think a newbie will find what they're looking for? Because between the salacious threads that are useless in the forum (sorry but I'm tired of seeing posts from people who want to s*ck him off or admire his sweating) and random people who tell their life stories in threads that shouldn't exist, maybe there's some sorting to do? I've already proposed solutions in private: I haven't received any response. And once again, when we try to evolve the site for the good of all, we get torn apart. If you're not even capable of understanding that adaptation comes from both sides, I don't see why continue the discussion.
  5. It would have been wiser to make an announcement on social media: "Mika's team offers the opportunity for several fans to have early access to the pit, sign up under this link and a draw will be held." So, yes, there would have been a crowd, but it would have given everyone a chance to enter early. Imagine waiting since 5 a.m. and then being overtaken by 39 people at the last moment without understanding why. Yes, the person who made an editing got in early access because she was in the "regular" queue and when she learned there was early access, she went to join them. She is one of the people you had excluded because of problems. If this happens again, a draw should be implemented so that each person has the chance to enter early. Many fans from the fandom only follow the MFC on social media because it's simply more accessible, especially as fans are becoming increasingly younger. Just posting a story or a time-limited post about events/invitations would suffice. And yes, for London, I learned about it yesterday. Obviously, there will be 2 queues, and asking people who are waiting if they have paid for a pass in addition to avoid having the same misunderstanding as in Bordeaux between people who didn't know there was early access and others who didn't know there was a numbering system. In London, I'm arriving late to let the Londoners be in front, but I think it would be a good idea to implement this to avoid misunderstandings between those who have early access and who will still wait all day. 😊
  6. For Berlin, Doors open at 6.30pm, Support Act (Syreeta) at 8pm and Mika at 9pm !
  7. I just saw your post, Deb. I don't really understand why some people were favored over others. I get that with Mika's team, you wanted to streamline the queue, but why not do it with the 60 people who had been waiting since early morning? Like some sort of early access. Many fans were disappointed after waiting all day just to be bypassed at the last moment. Especially since I don't think it was checked because some people who hadn't received your message privately, got an early access by editing screenshots of your messages. I understand that you want to prioritize MFC members, but what about the others fans, many of whom had never seen Mika before and ended up in the second or even third row because other fans jumped ahead at the last moment? Wouldn't it be more fair to prioritize these people so they can also enjoy the concert? Like a rotation system among fans. I understand that it's tough for some people not to be at the front, but every person has the right to enjoy the concert. We're halfway through the tour. I'm thinking about big venues like Brussels or London. We should implement a fairer waiting system to give everyone a chance. I'm definitely open to discussing this further. πŸ˜‰
  8. There are two tickets available in the Eventim fansale section ! https://www.fansale.co.uk/tickets/all/mika/242817/17668887
  9. I don't have the same, and a friend of mine just bought a ticket for the show... it's crazy πŸ˜‚
  10. No, there are still available standing places on the official website of the concert venue πŸ˜‰ ⬇️ https://billetterie.accorarena.com/fr/manifestation/mika-billet/idmanif/563637
