I don't know why. It usually takes me about 9 minutes to vote for the 360 times, then I change over to a new song to listen to, wait for the next minute and start over again. Last night I voted more than 1080 times. The one italian one was down, but the two Russian ones were up. I use my own list now, it goes quicker for me.
