the view is better? really?

huh... well at least we have the good falls!!! :naughty:

Well its quieter on the US side - Canada side is rather Kistch and Tacky - what with all the Ripleys beleive it or not type stuff and the big casino hotels!

US is a national park - more befitting the natiural beauty and wonder of The Falls , but the Canadian side is much friendlier :)

Poor guy...

Luckily he's okay! I mean, the mention of hypothermia, lost of conciousness and a cut across the forehead sounds pretty bad...

Thing is, one onlooker said, "It appeared he didn't want to come into shore". Also, one of the sargeants that tried to help him said, "... I attempted verbal commands to get him to the shoreline, but he refused to do so" and that the man let go of a log he was holding onto and swam further into the current.

But apparently it is illegal to attempt suicide by jumping into the Niagara Falls and no charges have been laid against the man. So I don't know. *shrugs shoulders*

You'd have to be pretty ballsy - or pretty insane - to try to kill yourself by bailing over Niagara Falls. I can't imagine being in the psychological state to try doing such a thing.

I agree. I can NOT even imagine the mental processes of someone who is considering committing suicide, it must be terrifying, in so many ways.

I haven't been to this thread, or MFC at all really, in the longest time, I feel completely lost now!

Well, since Mika hasn't blogged in (what seems like) forever, not much. :naughty:

But today Mika got a Twitter account.

...and in Canadian news? Well, you live here so you should have a general idea. :naughty:

Yes, yes you have a point. :naughty:

I don't know, to be honest. Maybe more often than not because it's quick little messages and can be accesed from a computer or cell phone. But, hey, I don't know, I'm not him. :naughty: I just hope he has fun at that avacado farm and makes some delicious guacamole afterwards. :mf_rosetinted:
