I got some sleep!! I'm no to worried cause I know jonah will be just fine. He has been through so much worse! <3 He's a strong bunny Ohhhh.... Great you were up all night with Mike, so he didn't feel too lonely! and I agree, Jonah is a strong bunny, with a lot of love inside which is an important thing! marian538 Posted February 15, 2010 Share Posted February 15, 2010 Moses updated: i'm sorry i didn't update sooner. i couldn't bring myself to leave until they kicked me out. he had woken up. but he fell asleep about a half hour later and he's been awake a couple of times but only for a few minutes and each time he has behaved differently. at one point he said that he could feel hot and cold on his right leg but when we asked him the next time he woke up he said he wasn't sure what he felt. a specialist came in and talked to us as well and he said that like nico said, he should recover nicely because of how young he is. but he also said that second major strokes are harder to heal from and his reading will take a long time. he is positive though that with jonah's age that he will be able too again. personally i think he's going to be ok. i can't even begin to tell you how much jonah's overcome health wise in his life and how extremely strong he is. once he gets his strength back here in a few days or so he's going to be forcing himself to get better. last time as soon as he started getting pissed off at having a catheter he couldn't get out of that bed fast enough. they even had to restrain him to the bed a few times because jonah would just try hoping to it on one leg, taking all the machines off him and everything lol. we also joke that as soon as jonah bitches out a nurse we'll be ok again. because he's a bit of a feisty patient and the meds tend to make him very outspoken. and he's already kinda been a jerk to one so i just know he's going to be fine. it's just going to take time and patience which jonah does not have. haha. which usually tends to work in his favor for recovering quickly.
