The first one is very close to a plagiat of MIKAs "Underwater" video - when it comes to the last part of it

 

But I think most of the artists "steal" ideas and inspiration from one another ...

Yes the first one really looks almost the same as the underwater part in Mika's song.

Well, you know mika based the video off that jeans comercial in the first place, so maybe those guys just found inspiration from the same comercial? But yea, it is more like mika's video than it is like the comercial... so... I don't even know
