  1. Yes, she's pretty good. Are you a shopoholic?
  2. Ok, *crosses fingers* I just ordered it. Here's to hoping it fits because it's the single most expensive shirt I've ever bought!
  3. That is always my problem. If I get a shirt that fits in length and width, it's soooooo tight in the chest! Grrr...when will clothing manufacturers learn?
  4. You're probably right. It doesn't seem likely that they would just go out there and start saying thigns like that for no reason. Either that or they were joking..
  5. LOLOL, your sig picture cracked me up so bad I had to duck under my desk!!!! :roftl:
  6. That's what I always say! If MIKA is copying Scissor Sisters, then Scissor Sisters are copying the BeeGees! Musical artists are inspired by other artists and that's just the way it is
  7. It's the black women's tee with the Yasmine logo. I'm kinda thinking to go with a size up from what I hear so far.
  8. I really like Scissor Sisters, they may be my favorite after MIKA...HOWEVER they are no MIKA and seriously, they need to realize that they didn't invent falsetto.
  9. Not sure if this is somewhere on here yet, but Portland Oregon! I went to Seattle to see him last month, but if he came to P-town I could go to 2 concerts!!
  10. Usually they are, but a lot of the time they are adult men's sizes so it's hard to tell. The one I'm looking at is specifically made for women.
  11. lol it's true though! Half the time you buy a shirt with a logo and the logo ends up looking like one of those funhouse mirrors!
  12. Thanks so much, that's just what I needed!
  13. Hey, I was about to buy a tee from MIKA's official site but I was wondering if anyone could tell me if the sizes run big, small...I'm looking at the women's shirt with the Yasmine logo. I just don't want it to shrink up or be all stretchy in the booby area lol.
  14. 1. Feb 14th, Seattle: He sang right to my face during Love Today. I died right then and there, but luckily came back to life for the rest of the show. 2. Accidentally bopped him in the face with a balloon during Lollipop. He didn't seem to notice too much though! Or just played it off like the pro he is! 3. Met him after the show!! He wasn't supposed to talk due to a sore throat. I just walked up silently and handed him my ticket to sign. He asked me if I was having a good night and I replied "of course!" A girl we met at the show took a picture of him signing the ticket and he has this big smile on his face. I'm sure I look like a big dork but luckily my hair is covering most of my face. Best night!! I hope he comes back soon! Or to Portland this time so I don't have to take the bus again...but I will do it for MIKA!!
  15. GLEE!!!!! Thanks to Heather (not on this board I think) For taking and sending this pic!!!
  16. Hey Elanorelle, I tried tor reply to your PM but it said you didn't have enough space Anyway, Yes my pic is from outside the SoDo, I had soooooo much fun that night and I must say I am very impressed not only with MIKA's talent, but how nice he was, coming out there to meet all of us even though he was sick. Of course I remember you! (but I didn't know you were you lol) Your umbrella was so creative, I'm so glad you know MIKA got it!
  17. What I wrote: Clearly you have no idea what you're talking about. It is understandable to simply dislike a certain type of artist, however you basically state that MIKA is not a artist, then follow this up with textbook "criticism." What did you do? Google "Mika, Criticism" and copy/paste what you found? As an Opera singer, I will correct you: Mika is VERY talented. P.S. No soul? If you've ever seen him play "Any Other World" (ever even hear of that one?) I think you'd disagree.
  18. *sigh* oh well, with any luck he'll do it again. I'm having high hopes that he'll come back to Seattle since the show was sold out!! I LURVE that pic!! It's my default myspace as well...Now I just have to wait for my pic of him signing my ticket, I had someone take it and send it to my friend's e-mail...I want it so bad, MIKA is all smiley!!!
  19. I'm having a serious kicking myself moment for never having "applied" for the Vancouver Lollipop girl thing lol. Ugh! I thought they wanted some for all 4 shows...I was even in Seattle (at the show of course) the day before!!!! *smacks self upside the head*
  20. Yay!!! Thank you so much Lilmot for posting that pic of us! It's on my MySpace.
  21. It was me!! And my friend Todd but I don't think he is a member on here. Thank you again for the goodies! I saw Mika look down at my flashing heart and smile. (I had accidentally twisted it on so I can only imagine what it looked like) My feet are still numb from standing so long, but everytime I start to complain, I look at my signed Mika ticket and feel all better!
  22. Sooo amazing!!! My friend Todd and I were the ones who got there at noon. We waited outside until the bar opened up and then we went in there. If it makes you guys feel better at least two of those people up front (us!) had been there all day too, so it wasn't all just a bunch of people who got there late and got lucky. Afterwards we waited outside and got to meet Mika. He was so sweet!! I didn't want to make him speak so I just handed him my ticket but then he asked me how I was doing and I told him I was sorry he was sick. Then I limped away on my poor little high heeled feet. (I'm in the background of the pic with the t-shirt girls...I'm in a dress sucking on a lollipop)
  23. hmm looking at these pictures gave me a hint of familiarity... I'm an Aspie and one things I find myself doing a lot if stroking my neck and my upper back.
