  1. It was so worth 3 hours on a Greyhound bus...
  2. Yay, I'm an official American Threader now I hail from Portland Oregon, where MIKA has never been...but luckily he's been to Seattle and of course I followed!
  3. They're not too famous yet, but I just love them! Their new CD is amazing! Check out their MySpace here: http://www.myspace.com/the88
  4. Lilmot gave us early birds some in Seattle on Valentine's Day I didn't realize I had mine on for a while and MIKA kept looking down at it...I have it hanging from my rearview mirror now
  5. I really don't see that it's different...I just think it's funny that he probably picked the shirt out of a pile of clean laundry that morning and now we all having collective heart attacks over it.
  6. Right, I didn't even see the shirt as being different. We're just paying too much attention now that the hair is gone.
  7. I think we're all paranoid. If he had been wearing the orange polo and still had his old hair would any of us even have noticed?
  8. In the News and Headlines section, the post called MIKA @ Beijing
  9. LOL I was only assuring her that MIKA still dresses the same, regardless of missing hairs
  10. Haha, as much as i'm getting to like the new hair I must say I'm relieved to see him in bright colors
  11. The more I look at it the more I like it. He still has his adorable smile of course and still looks like himself in the way he dresses, i'm not too worried.
  12. It's barely noticable...so not as short as I was thinking! The top really isn't any shorter than it was in the HE video, it's just that he trimmed the sides too.
  13. I'm the same way. I was sooooooooo nervous and excited when I met him I pretty much just stood there smiling until he asked me how I was. I just want to meet him again to prove I'm not ALWAYS a giggling fangirl
  14. Hi MIKA, I went to your show in Seattle this past February and it was so incredible! I still think about it all the time. I know you weren't feeling very well that night and I wanted to tell you how much it meant to me (and I'm sure a lot of other people there) that you went on and gave us a great show anyway. We never would have known you were sick if you hadn't said anything, really you were phenomenal not only in your music but also in your showmanship. It was totally worth the 3 1/2 bus ride from Portland! My friend Todd and I arrived at the venue around noon (much to the dismay of the various confetti delivery people coming and going) and I've never had s much fun waiting for something in all my life! Once other fans stated showing up it was really more like a party than anything else. It meant so much that you came out to meet all of us fans who waited for you outside the bus. (your mom was so sweet and adorable with her box of doughnuts!) And beyond all of this, I want to say seeing our show really inspired me to start singing again, whether it be in a band, choir or anything else. Seeing you up there doing your thing was so awesome on so many levels.
