I haven't actually met alot of famous people.But I have known a few......either through correspondence by letters, or the lovely my-space now. My Grandparents on my mother's side knew the wonderful and amazing author 'H.G Wells', he was a great family friend !.(He wrote 'War of The Worlds', 'The Time Machine', The Invisible Man'...plus many others) I knew the guitarist from Madness a while back...."Chrissy Boy".He even sent me little messages by mail and gave me his autograph a few times. I did know and correspond with 'Steve Burns' via my-space the first guy from the kids show 'Blues Clues'......that was funny . And right now I know this other gentleman....I dunno if I can say or allowed to say who ...he's on my-space and keeps who he is private.

Thankyou for the sweet story Sivan! It sounded like you had an amazing time meeting Mika again. I'm so happy for you...you must have been awestruck and so excited that he remembered your name. You're very pretty also!...and the photos are beautfiul.

I didn't know or had no idea he was wearing no socks with his shoes........I had to go and look at the first page.I didn't scan him like that when I first saw the photos.... But no socks with shoes is a bit icky. I didn't see any nasal hair though .

I feel the same as well...But maybe I might be able to get the courage. I'll get my nephew to ask for an autograph if he ever does a full concert in Australia that is. I've read from a few sources also that Mika would be doing a promotional tour here only. ... Only for Australian media eyes to see it looks like.:lightsabre: .

Really nice photos!....they are all perfect. I like his sunglases and army cartoon motion pants as well..I think they suit him.

I saw that on the universal site as well...but I didn't believe them...because they don't say where in Australia or which venues.. I even checked Ticketek where they sell concert tickets...and they have no information about Mika coming here. I really hope he does visit though !. Maybe it just hasn't been confirmed yet. And hopefully he plays a concert here! It would be great!. Hopefully it's not just for media appearances.It wouldn't be fair for us all. I'll keep on checking Ticketek though!. (They just played Mika's 'Grace Kelly' video on the music channel as I was typing this...maybe its a good luck thingy thing !!!)

I was bullied from a young age (physically)....when I was in primary school. I also had to put up with it oustide of school as her mother was my babysitter.She never did anything about .I was very young to notice anyway.But the day came along when my mum actually saw it for herself..(she never believed me)....until she picked me up one day, and I still have the scars till this day.We moved away from that school and I was put in another one. Until High School......that was full of fun times...I was verbally abused almost everyday, for no reason. I sat by myself everyday and I had no friends.I couldn't wait until high school was over. Still nothing has changed....to this day.I gave up my music..which I loved..(I played guitar and I sang a little), because of what someone had said to me.(in which she said I was to fat to be on stage).I know I shouldn't listen to what one person has to say...but I'm a very shy and sensitive person and I find it hard trusting and meeting new people.I suffer from vertigo/anxiety now. I try to make everyday better though, and I always think of others first...helping and comforting anyone I can. To anyone who has ever been bullied..you have all my love and hugs.

I'm half Australian and half Italian. I'm also English and German as well.

It looks like you all had such a lovely time. All of the photo's you've taken are amazing and beautiful to look at. And *hugs* to Esperia.I think I would have been just a little too scared myself to approach Mika..I'm very shy. Hopefully the same will happen when he visits Australia..that some people will be able to meet him from this forum .....but I've found that Australian security at any concert is very strict.I would be very shocked if the same happens in Sydney to anyone. The Entertainment Centre is hopefully not where Mika will play if he does come here........they are very awful there. (I would choose the 'Enmore Theater' though )

[/b] I agree with you a 100%....and also with everything you have posted on this thread. I found your view of Mika's concert very interesting and curious to read. I also have suspicions myself when and if I see Mika in concert here in Australia. I mean I don't think I would have the boldness to want to actually meet Mika or get an autograph from him. Also because I have never done it previously at other concerts I go to and I am very self conscious about myself..(being really shy). But also the fact that I would think that I might be a bother to Mika......I don't want to see that he "has to" be nice and smiling for the sake of it..and also he is getting more and more popular each day...I would get very upset myself...because I really love his music.. I see the people on Mika's my-space page as well...posting 50 thousand comments a day....I know that he would never post on my page...I don't think he would have the time.And I respect that. Greetings to everyone!, My name is Bianca and I live in Sydney Australia.I came across this site when I was looking under Wikipedia. I've only recently discovered Mika after seeing his video for 'Grace Kelly'....instantly I thought how amazing he was...his voice is so enchanting.. it takes you away to another place. There is no-one around these days who writes music the way Mika does anymore.I fell in love with the song 'Over My Shoulder'....it's such a beautiful song..I'm lost for words.
