    Not yet! We've been noodling around here in town so far, but we're going to our Cousin's wedding in Maine in August! I'm looking forward to it (and buying clothes for it is fun :aah:)

    Anyway, Gibberish is awesome! At camp, we would always talk in it so the little kids wouldn't know what we were saying :naughty:

    We don't hear him much down here either, which is why it was so weird that we heard him twice in one day! But, our second cousin, (who we swear looks EXACTLY like him) went to see him in concert a couple of years ago! Insanity!

    Good! It's been cold down here too by Texas standards (1C right now, though the high today is 10C and it gets up to 18C by Friday)!

     

    Yes, I took the SAT last weekend... I thought I did fine, but not great. It was just so long and boring! We'll see when I get the results in 11 days! I really hope I don't have to take it again :aah:

    We've been good down here! This weekend I wasn't totally swamped with homework/SAT prep for the first time in almost a month, so I thought I'd come to visit here! Luckily I have Kira and Twitter to keep me updated with everything, but I've missed it!

    The other day, my friend Victoria (uss_dolphin) and I were listening to 28. New Music vlog during last period, and we managed to walk downstairs and out to the buses with the headphones in. Just at the part where we had to go different ways, the part with Rain started playing, and we both just burst into song "MORE THAN THIS, WHATEVER IT IS, BABY, I HATE DAYS LIKE THIS!" It was fun . I'm so glad I have converts. Also, my freshman Mika convert said that she had spent Geometry class drawing Mika lyrics on her notes instead of paying attention. Maybe she will be one of us soon too .

    Yesterday, Superstar and I were going to see a movie downtown, and when they were walking, they were playing "Concerning the UFO Sighting Near Highland, Illinois" in a store! Kira flipped out, but we had to hurry because we were late to the movie. When we got into the theater, though, there was some movie trailer playing that had "The Perpetual Self, Or "What Would Saul Alinsky Do?"" in it! She wouldn't let me sing along:naughty:, but I guess it was just a Sufjan day around downtown.

    I've been good! High school has been treating me alright, I suppose. Lots of homework and lots of stress, but c'est la vie. Maybe it will be worth something to me someday.

    Two kids in my Latin class complimented Mika today! It made my day! Kid 1: You know, ever since you BLASTED Mika music in my car in December, I haven't been able to get it out of my head! It's been stuck there! Me: Yay! It's good stuff! Kid 2 (The thing about this kid is that he tries to mess with everyone, all the time, so he often tells me about how weird my Myka [pronounced wrong] obsession is, which is why this comment was a particular surprise: Yeah, Mika [pronounced correctly!] is actually really catchy! Me: I'm so glad you think so! I can burn y'all CDs if you want! They both just kind of laughed at that point, but after class: Kid 1: You know, if you burned me a Mika CD, I would definitely take it! Me: ! So happy

    Yay! I have some of the stuff already, so I've only entered the ones for things I don't own yet! Balancing two different fandoms is crazy, but it seems like fun! There's always something to be excited about! I'm glad to hear that you're good, in any case :original:.
