I really love that idea. Would probably tweak some little bits but overall I really like it. I've actually got the bar in my head (and the feet on the table and all!) - I'm going drawing it for the yearbook. Dark shadowy bar with an almost sepia tone to it, and a Mika silhouette in the corner with feet up on the table.

I'm not sure about that, Debbie might remember, as that was almost the same journey she took when we went!
Once I talk to my mom, Belfast will probably be out for me too But we'll see! I would love to make the most of Mika in Ireland while we have him here
We can worry about costs and things anyway if it starts to look solid. We're getting over excited here, it's not for nearly 5 months!
I hardly ever go to gigs. Like, one a year or so on average. So no one is going to complain if I go to see Mika early next year. I doubt I could get away with two though. Boourns.

After the Dublin leaked date that never happened, I'd take this with a pinch of salt, until the full dates are announced.
Yeah, seriously. We're about as organised as Mika in Ireland.

Girl 1: 'Is that a lamp? Or a person?'
Girl 2: 'It's a lamp. With a person standing next to it.'
Don't ask, I do not know.

We sure this isn't spam? Two new users with 'xx's in their names, both 11, both looking for Mika's details....

The last time I went by train and it was 7 hours, but I'm not sure I'd make that journey again because it was like 70euro even with a student travelcard! I think I'd get the bus at least part of the way if I was to do it again cos I hear you can get the bus from Cork to Dublin for 20euro!
We could travel together! I would definitely consider going to Belfast, even if we get a Dublin too!
Yup, Cork to Dublin is only €19 return for a student, and €22 for an adult (moi! ) I wonder how much the train is from Dublin to Belfast? I'm sure we'll work something out. The Dublin bus trip really isn't TOO bad I found. And we can pick Debbie and people up in Dublin!
I'm not sure about Belfast if we get a Dublin, just because of monies. But I'll definately think fast when it's made official and let you know.

It's really nice! Debbie and I went there to see Russell Brand earlier this year
Belfast is a lonnng way from Cork, but, I might just be up for the journey once again
It's 7.5 hours by bus. I recently did 4.5 hours on bus to see Tim Minchin in Dublin, and that was okay. How do you travel up? If my passport is sorted by then I may just fly up. I'd go if I had company, either going up or to look forward to when I got there.
But I'm still gonna pray for Dublin

It is not absolutely is done! Then it will be possible to vote again. Probably, once in day. On hundred times:thumb_yello:
I meant for today

What's the Waterfront like?
I could go to Belfast if I really had to, but for the trip/currency conversion etc involved I'd nearly rather just go to England and make a holiday of it!
-
I just got told I exceeded my vote limit! My work here - is done!

Clearly, we're not going about it the right way. We have to do something different to try and get a different outcome.

:boxed:OMG!!!!! This feels like Groundhog Day:naughty:
That's a great movie, I must watch it.
And yes, it does feel that way. Arrrggghhh.

Nope, no dates.
That would be too easy.

He seems to be Missing In Action
Maybe he's deliberatley confusing us while planning something epic!
......Yeah I doubt it too.

Great interview! I love the more serious stuff he comes out with - it was his dark side that attracted me in the first place.
He really is quite mysterious isn't he?!
T4P!
-
T4P - regarding his songs spawning questions, I can't help but feel a little sorry for him. People are always sleuthing anyway around stars, without the stars giving them ammunition. But I suppose he has to talk sometime.
-
I love his surname. Mr. Penniman. Hee hee.
DATES, MAN! FOR OUR SANITY! etc.

I'm going voting loads now
I've voted over 50 times so far. Gonna try to do maybe a hundred (or more) a day? I can't believe there's no limit... Anyway, 100 multiplied by the time remaining til november 5th equals... over 3000 votes. Not bad.

Trying to decide what to do!! Should I do more art... start reading... procrastinate....hmmm.

I think it'd be a great idea! I'm going to make my own Mika shirt ANYWAY coz I do that with things I like, but I reckon club shirts would rule.
If enough people wanted them I know they could be bought in bulk and therefore be relatively cheap.

The more, the merrier!
Definately! It'd be amazing to flood the venue with MFCers!!
This place needs a t-shirt or a hat or something to identify members at gigs. Does it have anything?

AHAHAHAHAAAAA oh dear that's a MAJOR embarrassing moment!! LOL!!
And...like...I usually show my mum Mika videos (she's a fan as well by yours truly) and every now and then she'd be like "You still haven't shown me Mika's video yet" "...oh yeah. Whoops. *does nothing*".........
I think my mother may well be a fan after seeing We Are Golden!

Oh I enjoyed it alright () it's just at first I couldn't watch it on my computer if there were people around because it felt like I was watching soft porn lol
Yeah the first time I saw the video it was playing on my parents widescreen high definition tv, with my parents in the room. I think I probably went a bit red.
Dad: 'That's that fella you like, ain't it Noll?'
Mum: 'I can see why.'
Me: '......'
