I LOVE Lafayette! He is hilarious! I love the fact that the writers kept Lafayette in the show, his character dies near the start of book two. And Alcide is so very pretty... I love that he's a real werewolf!

 

The wolves in Twilight aren't werewolves, they're shapeshifters. When the twihards call them werewolves it really irritates me (I'm not getting cranky at you, but when you mentioned the wolves in Twilight, it made me think of how they're technically not werewolves). They're just like Sirius Black in Harry Potter... a shapeshifter.

 

 

 

I don't mind season 4 so far, I've just finished watching episode 6... amnesia Eris is awesome though (and I liked when he yelled krokodiler as well )

I had no idea they were more like shapeshifters. my knowledge of Twilight is very limited I really can't stand it tbh

I just finished watching season 4 (untill episode 7) amnesia eric is just hilarious. I'm glad there's again more humour in the show. I like season 4 better already. Season 3 is my least favourite one so far (except for the Alcide-charachter, very grateful for him ) But I just felt troughout the whole season that it was only getting started, that the real "story" still had to come...and then season 3 was over

but it was for my bio classes in secondary school I had to know those things, we had a bio engineer as a teacher 2 years, and he asked a lot from us! was really fun, it was thanks to him i considered studying medicins, which ofcourse my next teacher completely ruined because she hated me while I was always very enthusiastic in her class

PVA is a glue, gouache is a usual paint .

i used gouache, watercolor and PVA (I mixed watercolor with PVA to get bright colors). Then i covered it with lacquer.

no idea what all those things are but it sounds professional :mf_rosetinted:and I really like the result

what did you use for colouring it? since it's so smooth.

It is for me, but those shadows scare me! It seems like he turns on the light on another sight with opening his eyes. and it´s scary.

yeah I know, my shadowing on those 2 sucks a lot! it's because of that!

and naaah, I did that too when I learned about the heart or stomach or whatever human thing last year in my bio class. I've drawn everything...ofcourse while telling myself: this is usefull for remembering everything

I wanted to make something like this inspired by Stuck in the Middle:

 

 

But after I finished drawing the heart I didn't wanna touch it :mf_rose tinted: So I drew the stake separately and I've added it with a program, but doesn't look that good :a ah:

I also wanted to paint it red, but didn't, I'm gonna ruin it I did it with photoshop, but of course it doesn't look good neither :aa h::

I did it with circles like Steph told me to :tee hee: It took me twice the time But I like the outcome :thum b_yello: I gotta try it on Mika again :aah :

you drew a heart with a stake in it, inspired by SITM? I like the way your brain works

and it looks good, it looks very very realistic the heart! You did amazing and see, circles do the trick, and patience too. my last drawing was around 40 hours, so you know

now just conquer that fear the next time and instead of making 2 seperate things and putting them together, just go for it and do it all at once. Believe me, I know it's hard. when I drawn an eye or even a nostril that looks okay, I already feel like not touching it anymore and leave it the way it is

OH MY that jacket!! STEPHIE YOU´RE CRAZY! I love it. And I know exactly how much of patience you needed. It´s amazing.

 

And .. thank you I must say I took an inspiration from Zsina´s modern fairies, I was like - I´ll try to draw something magical And this one? not very long, maybe an hour. It was just during the holiday so I didn´t have a lot of time

you should really try working on a drawing longer. I think you would be able to do a lot more than you already do now. I worked on mine 30-40 hours!

Hm. It´s not very Mika related. I drew me. well. I´m an MFCer so it is a bit Mika related but.. It´s art so it´s here.

I'm not so happy about the 4th season either.

It's just more and more strange characters involved, it's starts getting hard to keep them apart!

I liked Eric when he was all soft and nice though. It was fun when he stood in the water and yelled "krokodiler" in Swedish!

lol yeah, did not see that episode yet, but couldn't help to go check out that scene on youtube the krokodiller part was hilarious!

I am so glad it's finally finished, I really get sick of drawings when they are lying around too long + the leather jacket didn't really help my mood

Just watched the first episode of s4, and I must say, I need to constantly remind myself that a year has passed in the mean while, since well, I finished s3 yesterday and I'm not sure, maybe it's because I watch them so fast after one another, but I think that "one year has passed" thingy isn't really feeling natural, you know. it feels a bit too forced atm. It'll probably get better though. I hope

And I know that I'm supposed to be all over Bill during the first/second season, and then all over Eric during second/third. But I'm not

I basically just went from Lafayette to Alcide. You just got to love Lafayette, the way he says "bitch" is just so naaahce he makes it sound classy

and Alcide is just a very very cool werewolf! Love him!

I've seen The vampire diaries and don't like the werewolves there, I've seen Twilight, hate the werewolves there (hate the sparkly vampires too though, just hate everything there ) But you know, I find that True Blood has finally given us a decent werewolf, the way they should be!
