Rosa... Did he ever before... sing a song...that's not his...on a tv-show... with a host coming on to him big time (just for fun ofc )... in a language that's totally hocuspocus to him?? Don't think so and he stole ALL Dutch hearts with that and even if some words were not pronounced the way they should be... who caaaaares?? It was simply cute and adorable and he gave his best!! and yes...I loved the whole show...and I love him even more today then I did yesterday :wub2:

Amen to that Cath! I can assure you it felt really special to see him make the effort of singing in my language! We were watching it together with 7 friends after the Paradiso-gig...and we even got a bit emotional because...well...like I said...it gave us goosebumps seeing and hearing him pronounce our words in the cutest, adorable way possible! We've seen Mika on Paul's show a few times now...and it's very clear to me he really likes to be there! They connect somehow...and at Paradiso he told the crowd about his recordings with Paul earlier that day...he was still smiling about it

Ooooh what a daaaay!! Went to the studio with Jojotje, Miek and Annemaaike. We did not have tickets of any kind to get in... but we knew Sylvana, Patricia and Ingrid were inside already (also without tickets)... so our hope was growing... Still...we had to do a loooot of talking and 'puppyeye-ing'! Jojotje made a very nice cake for Mika... and we used that as reason they HAD to let us in...it worked The cake landed on the table where mika sat at...and we ended up behind the audience! We couldn't see the stage or the table ... but there was a tv where we could watch the show...really annoying... the thought of Mika being just a few meters away and you can't see him I tried to get us a spot beside the audience but they refused... when Mika was about to start his song I tried again... throwing all my charmes and best puppyeyes in this time...and it worked!":biggrin2: We were quit close now...he sang beautifully... we sang and danced along...and he saw that... I'm quit confident he liked us being there! When Mika left the stage we could have gone back to our tv to see the rest of the show... but neither one of us felt like doing that! So we went outside where we had a nice spot at the backentrance... with a roof above our heads...it was cold and raining hard! Think we had to wait for almost 1.30 for him to show up... not a lot of people waiting...around 16 I think... Soooo...there he was...goodlooking as ever...warm soft voice...very kind...he signed our cd's and stuff... let us take our pic we wanted so badly!! Told Jojotje he ate her cake and loved it! He also loved the cookies she gave him...recognized Annemaaike's jacket from the Dusseldorf gig... Well...that was it...it was a short Mika-experience this time...but ooooh...it was a real 'naaaahce' one!! .

Great idea Sylvana! But to make it a reallllly nice thing/surprise...... we need much more mfc-ers to join us don't you think? Common people...let's get busy on the pompoms!!
