1. yuna; 3753289] I understand what you mean .. some apparently use 'gay code' for their fame or promotional purpose. and I hope and think he's not doing this. If he want to draw attention from public, he should have announced this just after releasing his album, in front of some important press I think.: Naughty: Happy he is not doing that! [/ QUOTE]

Okay, I give my rose-colored glasses for you.

christine; 3753318] Lena the church turned its back on Mika, not the other way around. They promote the condemnation of people who are not straight. I am not a Christian and I do not believe in god but even I can see that this makes no sense and is a corruption of the teachings of Jesus. [/ QUOTE]

I like it ... To blame the church, the Bible, the priests. But not a man. When the church turned its back on him? Its doctrines do not give to live as you want? I have not heard a word the charges against him. The church does not turn away. people are beginning to despise it, when their life does not fit with the church rules.

Why would anyone want to be a part of something that does not accept them and the way they live their life, especially when it comes to something as personal as sexuality? Developing feelings towards others is not a rational choice: it cannot be calculated.

This is only my personal experience (although I have a feeling there are lots of others who can relate), but the reason I chose to turn away from church was because to me, these people don't practice what they preach. How can you tell other people to love one another and all that jazz when, in fact, you're doing the exact opposite by shunning some and embracing the others?

I realise that there are Christians who are accepting and don't think there's anything wrong with being gay, but unfortunately the majority of Christians I've personally met has thought the opposite. That's why I'm not interested in taking part of their actions. People can believe in anything they want as long as they don't go to others and tell them how to live their life. At the end of the day it's not even about acceptance: it's about respect.

  2. Michael Holbrook Penniman -The New Fan's Page u have write to me that: "Are you lesbian or gay or trans??" Quercus Faginea Serralconera pardon, but I'm not a natural miscarriage as you listed. I can only imagine what are you, alas!

    Excuse me?!

This is just WRONG, not only towards Mika but towards anyone who identifies as a part of the LGBT community, including myself.

Michael Holbrook Penniman -The New Fan's Page ‎LadyMeeks Penniman sorry dear, but now I have no more time to spend talking to people vulgar. I'm going to read Plato, at least he and I are similar. ADIEU!

This is where the crazy started to be a little too much for me.

I seriously wish this was all just a very successful troll but I'm afraid not.

    Just in case though:

At 2:54, how Melachi reacts when Mika isn't home . . . :teehee:

"They get very depressed, they get very happy and they always need some sort of constant attention" - sounds a lot like me. :naughty:

I must've replayed Mika's Melachi imitation like 20 times, it's hilarious! And adorable. :teehee:

  4. What a mess, I don't like that!

    Wow.

I've never been one to try and catch an artist after a gig so to me this is completely insane. But as Christine said, it's mass hysteria and I, too, find the never-ending pen/camera shoving to his face just as bad and annoying.

It never fails to amaze me how rude people can be during gigs. I saw Keane live a couple weeks ago and at times I felt like slapping someone to the back of their head because they were so inconsiderate and didn't give a damn about anyone else around them - and these weren't teenagers, people under 18 weren't allowed in and most of the people there were older than me.

I wrote the perfect haiku for this last night but I'm afraid some might find it offensive so I'll just keep it to myself. :naughty:

  5. Yes, I do and I never give any money. I'm a bad person I know :teehee:

:roftl: That thing does really not fir into the church and I never seen anything like it before. Didn't know they use high tech stuff :aah: I guess it's smart, but I don't think people are using it really, I can't imagine that people are giving away more then max 50 kronor and then you don't need need a machine :mf_rosetinted:

At least you go to church, unlike me. :naughty:

Yes the machine really killed the mood for me. :roftl: I'm not a religious person by any means but some churches are really beautiful so it's nice to visit them.

I'm waiting for Mika to announce some tour date in Sweden or the other nordic countries... Please let it be some dates!

I'm waiting for these too, especially a date in Finland... :wait: I feel like every band I like skips Scandinavian countries and tours every other country imaginable. :aah: And even though Mika's going to have the gig in Denmark that one is impossible for me to attend. :tears:

  6. it usually costs $7000 (a girl's gotta eat you know and by eat i mean fly everywhere to see Mika live) but for you i'll sell it for $550.99! cash only please :)

Oh that's a bargain! I'll pay you when we meet. :pinkbow:Which would be rather sooner than later if you plan on traveling across the world to see Mika.

  7. Seriously that is a fan page for Mika, and yet they try to deny the facts? :sneaky2:

Well I don't care if he is straight, bisexual or gay! At the end of the day should fans not be more focused on his music, rather then his sexuality? I mean everyone is curious about it, but trying to make Mika be something he is not draws the line for me. It's because they all believe that they will be his girlfriends- but trust me it will never happen. I just want whats best for Mika- if he's happy I'm happy! :thumb_yello: But overall it's people's opinions, I just don't agree with the homophobic opinions. Sorry for ranting a bit.. :naughty:

Yes, yes, a hundred times YES. Completely agree with you on everything you just said.

The Facebook "fan page" MikaMadLuke posted is just outrageous and makes me sick. For all I care people can play their guessing games about how straight or gay Mika is but trying to correct his words to your own liking is just rude and makes those people look ignorant and selfish, not to mention incredibly homophobic. I don't think there's anything wrong with trying to figure out if someone's gay or not but when it hits the spot of your whole world falling into pieces when the reality doesn't please you you're only harming yourself. :dunno:

  8. No, english is quite

Haha :aah: I understand you, it's the same with my French even if it's not as near as good as your Swedish. When I visited Luxembourg I didn't have the guts to speak it at all, even if I knew exactly what to say :aah:

I've been eating at IKEA in Jönköping. That's my experience of that city :aah:

Oh you know French too, how cool! Mine is pretty bad as well, I wasn't half bad at it a few years ago but after my baccalaureate tests I haven't studied it so I can't remember a thing.

I didn't even know there was an Ikea in Jönköping! I did visit a church instead though and came across something very amusing. :roftl:

You know how during services they sometimes pass on that little bag so you can give money for the church? This particular church had a solution for people not having cash with them.

    DSC09005.jpg

I have never, EVER seen anything like this and that device just did not sit right in the church, it was a gorgeous one and I didn't expect to see something as high-tech as this there. :roftl:

  9. Oh and another thing that I've noticed about these guys... Timmy looks exactly like one of my friends' boyfriend. Every time I see Timmy it makes me think of the other guy. :naughty:

Okay, maybe not exactly but the similarities are uncanny! :teehee:

  10. I had pretty much stopped fangurling over these guys but something happened the other day! My mum was giving me a lift and I turned on the radio - it was on this "easy listening" channel that only seems to play songs I hate :naughty: - and I heard Gambling Man! It was such a glorious moment, my mum was very impressed with them too. :fangurl: I've never heard them on the radio here so I was pretty surprised.

  11. I can't believe this is the same year!:aah:

He is handsome, but looks like he's 40.

I thought I'd never say this, but his current look is SO much better. The 2009-ish look is my absolute favourite but it's about time he grew up. :aah:

I miss the earring though, just the other day I was thinking how we haven't seen it in a while (or maybe I've just missed it - wouldn't be the first time I wasn't paying attention :naughty: ).

I like both pics though :blush-anim-cl:

One of them is naughty Mika , one of them is BBC Mika :naughty:

    :lmfao:

  12. I can't believe my luck! I literally woke up 20 minutes ago (I had a nap because of a migraine) and remembered this so I decided to check MFC. After a few minutes of watching the freezing stream along comes my girl Nasty and the stream works pretty much perfectly. :lmao: I might've missed most of it but I managed to catch the most important part (for me).

This was such a sweet thing of them to organize, I'm so happy for the fans who got to participate. And yay for you North Americans! :wub2:

  13. It's because you don't have the same kind of 18th century fantasies rolling around in your head as I do. But since I've been given this awesome responsibility, I will try to make sure everyone is happy. :naughty:

Is it weird that I'm slightly envious of those fantasies of yours? You get to appreciate Mika's clothes more than I do. :naughty:

Well you know what they say, with great powers comes great responsibility... or something to that effect. I'm glad you're not blinded by these newly found powers of yours. :naughty:

  14. Yes! I am officially the Pants Painter! :winner_first_h4h:

I bet those new textured ones take a long time to paint on. And don't worry, I promise not to paint any knee-length ones. :teehee:

    :lmfao:

Thank you! I don't have a problem with the rolled up ones, I don't know why the knee-length pants disturb me so much. Maybe it's something to do with the tights and socks. :naughty:
