Well we have exams every year, but the most important ones are at the last year (age 17-18).

Our system has been voted the worst in Europe, that says a lot

We have 2 semesters each year, so we have school exams twice a year, and then the final exams (hardest ones) in June. This year I have *counts*...15 subjects. Next year (last one) we have those National exams in June, the most important ones since the final grade you get determines weather you're able to go to the University you want to or not. If not, you have to repeat the year (or don't go to Uni xD). I don't know what else to say, feel free to ask And what about your system?
