    OMG that's such a beautiful story!! My first memory of Mika was when I looked at my friend's MP3 and saw the name "Mika". I asked her "Who's Mika?" and she said "He's a singer" and I said "But that's a girl's name" (In my country, Mika is a name for girls). The next time I bumped into Mika was at 11-12 years old... I was in a taxi with my mom and "big girl" on the radio. DON'T KILL ME - but I didn't like it at all! I thought it was some rapper singing about his daughter who became so grown up and beautiful... Of course now it's one of my favorite songs. A few years later, my sister sent my the clip of "elle me dit". The rest is history.

    I meant, because you said if he likes this song he shouldn't be judging in a talent contest. So, from that I understood that he likes the style of it ---> may adopt that style into his own work. That's all I meant, I don't want to fight

    Exactly. And to all of you who worry, Mika will release a song like "wrecking ball" when hell freezes over. So until then he can listen to whatever he loves, as long as he keep on making his unique amazing music. I mean, that's all that matters, isn't it?

    Christine, I think you're overreacting about this. He likes the song because it's jumpy and has good rhythm. There a difference between "good" and "something everyone's listening to". I'm sure that when it comes to real judging, Mika will know what is talent and what is not.

    Everybody does. There's a boy in my class (I'm 16) and he's exatly in Mika's height (1.91) and when I found out I started hugging him and posing with him so I can see how will it be when I actually meet him... I can hug his waist but no more than that.

    I know that every one who's here - is here to stay. I know that. And I'm sorry if it came on that way, I didn't mean to. But as you said - everyone is allowed to have their opinion and I think we've handled this case wrong. Maybe Mika made a mistake when he joined as a judge, maybe not. But that's what happened and there's nothing we can do about it. @Christine, are you sure that if you stop watching X factor it will be the solution for this?

    I'm just saying that I think it's not fair of her to judge him becuase we don't know all details and I her quitting from watching the X factor is completely from the wrong reason, but if she finds it reasonable, who am I to stop her..
