    Hello! Quick question before the trip to London! I've checked my tickets and I have something to ask. The tickets are from the artist presale we've had. And just today I noticed that there's an indication about the row and seats but I have Stalls standing tickets. 🤔 In the picture it says Row G seats 21 and on the second ticket it says Row H seats 25.

    Hello everyone ! I saw some comments about the strike taking place next week. And even if the Tube service is looping better, I have a huge problem. I'm landing at Gatwick airport but there's no Gatwick express in circulation that day. So, I really have no idea on how I'll be able to go to London Center and/or Hammersmith. I've never been to Gatwick before so I have to admit that it's kinda scary 😱

    Hello everyone ! I have a question about The show in Schwetzingen. I don't understand The tickets. There's some VIP access but I don't know if I have to bought a regular ticket + a VIP one or if the concert is included in The VIP pass. Also, it says that there's an early access with the VIP access but I don't know if we will be at the regular standing area or in a special vip area ? I don't understand a word of german and I'm always scared when it's about buying tickets 🤣

    I've just discovered this topic today and I'm really glad to know it exists. Unfortunately, there's a lot of problems in this fandom (don't mind me, I know it is happening everywhere and probably in every communities) and I'm glad there's a place where we can speak freely about these kind of things. As you might have seen it lately, this problem are worstening and I've been myself a victim of online harrassment. Trust me, it can be hard to be a part of something and to suddenly realise that you are truly nothing. I'm shy and I usually sat in the queue with my brother or my friends, minding our own business. But even with that behavior some people seems to disapprove or they truly can't support the presence of others. WE are supposed to be a part of something amazing, something big. But some are just destroying that feeling because they think they are more, they have more values. And I don't speak about myself only but if we are honnest you have probably seen some others fans who were truly, truly close to this community and don't want to come in here anymore because what is happening irl//in private doesn't match with what we're supposed to live.

    Hello everyone ! I had tickets for the two shows in Rome. I asked for the refund the same day as we knew for the cancellation and I don't get any news from now. Not even an email about the refund or the money. !
