I think the bride and groom didn’t realize the ending is actually not so happy in that song

Yes, and Mika told that it happens often to him. That people play "Happy Ending" during their wedding and don't realise that the ending is actually not happy.

Ugh, just logged into Ticketmaster and it wants users to reset their passwords, so one log in will access all their sites globally.

I did that. It didn't work. Still have a different password for each country on Ticketmaster.

Oohh, that's the Hammersmith Apollo, memories!! :fangurl: It's a week after Berlin, so if he doesn't add any gigs near me in between, I might be able to go. Haven't missed any of his regular tour gigs in London since fall 2007, so I wouldn't want to miss this one either. I just hope he'll announce the rest of the tourdates before tickets go on sale, that would help a lot with making plans. 😅🙈

Wow, Hammersmith Apollo has 5039 standing places and 3632 seats, so is significantly larger than Roundhouse with 1503 places. It's a very good sign. Eurovision and The Piano probably had a positive effect. Now it just needs to be confirmed. :original:

MIKA is known for his lively melodies that span several octaves and his classically trained voice.

Throughout his career, MIKA has crafted a world of gritty romance amidst the joy and playfulness of technicolored alternative pop. Since his career started with the mega hit “Grace Kelly” in 2007, he sold billions of records, amassed several awards and also swayed audiences presenting TV Shows such as X Factor or last year’s ESC.

Now, he's back with new music. The single "C'est la vie" is a hymn to love, to the intimate revolutions that still make us beings in the making, despite the passage of time. In Spring 2024 his new tour also brings him to one exclusive Swiss show in Geneva.

This is gonna be interesting, they really seem to have no idea what they're doing. I bet they will be completely surprised that people will be queueing for hours (btw, are Melanie C fans queueing as well? I've never been to one of her gigs but I could imagine she has some dedicated fans as well...) and trying to enter all at the same time / run to the stage.

I'm honestly preparing for the worst.

This photo is from Mika's 2023 Tokyo gig, isn't it?  He's wearing the pajamas he had on Casa Mika. So he's like the rest of us, keeping pajamas he likes/feels comfortable in for several years. 😊  Or perhaps he wears them when he travels . . .

He has a huge wardrobe where he keeps all his clothes...

Some people on Instagram commented that there will be a fee for putting money on the wristband, for getting a cup (non-returnable) and of course the fee for refunding money... That really sounds like a scam, just earning money for literally nothing. But apart from the refund fee, nothing is confirmed I think.

The ticket was cheap, they want/must make money differently...

But if this is really true, they will upset the guests...

And I'm reading through the emails right now: How they annoy with their promo only pay 50 euros and drink for 60 euros.

(they didn’t directly answer my question, because I was specifically asking them about water, and they just said “you have to put money on the wristband and order your drink at the bar” 😐)

And the people on the spot, may then say that water is ok. We probably won't know until we get there...

I know Mika is singing on Friday, but since I will also be there on Saturday: The theme is "flow 2000 extreme". What do you imagine under it? Just dressing in the extreme 2000s style? Pink Power is much easier to understand. 😅

Could somebody please explain to me, what does numbering mean? In Hungary, we don't have such thing, so I'm a bit confused 😅

When you arrive at the venue (if you don't arrive just before the doors open), you will be given a number on your hand. This allows you to go to the toilet and get something to eat in between and not lose your place in the queue. It is not meant for sightseeing and disappearing for hours, in this case you will lose your number. The number system is especially useful if you come to the venue in the morning and early afternoon.

That's the plan, but I have no idea yet where & when exactly. Right now I'm more worried about getting the yearbook in time before I'm leaving (there was a delay at the printer), or I might have to change my travel plans, to take it with me... which would cost a lot of money, so please fingers crossed that the estimated delivery on Wednesday will work out! :crossed:
