    So first few training days and I'm kinda frustrated, the company as a whole I like and want to stay it's just my department So there's been general training in morning with about 40 people then the afternoon is meant to be more specific in your department But both yesterday and today he just sent us home and has barely told us where we'll be or anything, All we know is it's one of the two hotel restaurants but haven't even looked round them Don't even know our Rota properly yet (other then this week but that's mostly training) and I know most other departments have I feel like he ethier doesn't care and we're being made to feel like a burden I get jobs do throw you in the deep end often but it's normally more organised then this Part of me wants to change departments I'm feeling so stressed and frustrated Maybe I'm just tired but I just needed some where to vent and ask if I'm being stupid for expecting information

    From what I know the BBC is very tight and can somehow sense Vpns I think. I often have to turn my general one off even if it's set in the UK Channel 4'shoukd be okay

    I would hope that would get more of a tour especially with at least one album this year (hopefully 2) My guess is that it's just the current list where we are With announcements could I would assume wel have more dates and festivals American dates are always confusing to me but maybe that's something he's just picked up on the American side of his family or just the label thinking Americanised dates work better

    Where I'm moving to in the south it's about 4 hours and 4 trains so I'm not sure I also don't really know anyone else there I've gone back to thinking about isle of wight as it's closer and I'll have saved by then It's just of there's still tickets and stuff when I get round to booking plus like most artists on main stage Havnt decided for sure but don't think Cheltenham will be for me

    Looks fine to me but I'm on mobile maybe it's a browser issue Edit when I scrolled up the margins do look strange Maybe I'll watch channel 4 later to see if I see it, do you have a rewind feature if so can you go back then take a video (if your not in the middle of something with others )

    I'd imagine that it'll be a weekly Saturday show I was expecting that I don't think it would work as a daily show since I think it's only 5 episodes (one in each town and final)
