BexxY
yes he is ill but dont worry he wil be ok. he did the right thing by cancelin the concertz to prevent damagein his vocal chords. itz to be expected as he over exherted himself during the tour. i could sense somethin was up at doncaster as he kept grabbin his throat. but also i believe the band were also sufferin the virus aswell. but dont panic im sure after rest they will be fine. x
FREDDIESDOUBLE
IMPORTANT - TONIGHT AND TOMORROWS MIKA SHOWS HAVE BEEN POSTPONED Guys We are really sorry but MIKA has had to postpone his show tonight at Hammersmith Apollo as well as tomorrow's at Brixton Academy. Please see the following statement from MIKA which explains the reasons why: "It is with much regret that I have been forced to postpone my two remaining shows on my UK tour on 3 and 4 December at Hammersmith Apollo and Brixton Academy respectively. Over the past few days I have been fighting off a virus that has affected the majority of my band and crew. I thought after last night's performance I could do the shows but this morning it was obvious I could not proceed. After consulting a specialist, I have been advised to rest my voice for a minimum of 48 hours. If I did not do this I would risk long term damage to my vocal chords. I can only apologise to everyone who has bought a ticket and the inconvenience and disappointment this postponement has caused. We are looking at rescheduling these dates early in the New Year; as soon as we have I will let you all know. Thank you all for your continued support and understanding." MIKA Heres the official Myspace thingy

MIKA Heres the official Myspace thingy He's just been doing too much. There have been too many live gigs. I have been very worried about mika's voice, because I know he's been having problems on and off for some time, and once his voice is gone for good... I don't even want to think about it!! If I were him, I'd cut down on the grueling schedule, and get more rest. Love today, from Marilyn

michellebrazil
As fans we are we don't want that anything happens to cause long term damage to his vocal chords!!! I think he should rest more! A fan can lose a concert, but not Mika's voice.
