hey, this is really interesting! Thanks for alphabet! Looks really hard to me.

I've been wondering is there a lot of diference in this language from one arabic country to the other?

The only word that looks familiar to me is marhaba. I used to live in Bosnia and a lot of words with turkish origine are used there,so I now some of them. But,that's not arabic,so I'm not quite sure why did I write this :roftl:

hehe it probably does.. but the letters aren't actually that difficult to write at all.. (with practice:mf_rosetinted: )

no formal arabic is pretty much the same in all arabic speaking countries. it's the diallect and colloquial words that vary..

haha it's okay.. you should join us ramblers at the "rambing" thread!:naughty::cool:

in april i've missed a lot of thing so i'm not wondering....

of course i speak banese!!!

& i love to i think it's very funny & it's very useful to speak a different language that no one else than can understand!!!

i "can read a bit, but not very well coz i've learned lately, and i write like a 7 year old child:blush-anim-cl: :naughty:

but it's true that in Lebanon we use a lot of french & english, so instead of ma3 el salamé, wed rather use bye or salut or ciao..... like everywhere else:naughty:

i'm a bit confused - you can write it in both the arabic alphabet, and in this alphabet too? like what kaeryana wrote above, is that just how you pronounce it, or can you write it like that aswell???

:naughty: Sorry if i'm being a bit dumb, or stating the obvious.... i just love learning about other languages and things! :bleh:

Wooww Hindu that souds very exciting! It must be very hard as well!

I noe right!

About Arabic: what kaeryana wrote was how it's written/read/pronounced... But for most people it's difficult to type in arabic so with computerised stuff they'll just write it the way it's pronounced... does that make sense?

Things are fine here in LA...

I live about 15 minutes away from Hollywood, but I'm in that area pretty often.

Heyy! It's okay.. I guess we're taking it slow :fisch:

:bleh: LOL I noticed this slightly slower pace... :boxed: and the fact that the "Arabic Speaking Thread" has all posts in English. :naughty:

*waits for someone to compose a sentence in Arabic* :fisch:

... just to see if I can read it(probably not). :naughty:
