Suzy
Morning everyone !- I can't sleep...I wonder why... Blue! I don't know if I should be jealous of you snogging with Palladium or eating Lebanese with babs and kata? (probably the latter, as I am not as big of a Palladium fan as you ). Wendi
Good afternoon Oldlings - just having a peep in - but its ok, I am wearing a mask to keep my germs to myself!! Trains cancelled, flooding, high winds - the journey to London was bad!! Didnt get to meet friend for dinner because we were 5 hours late getting in Standing outside b/f's sisters having a quick puff and a rat ran straight past me Coughed and sneezed my way through the weekend, and didn't sleep a wink on way back (8pm - 7am train journey). Am really paying for it now - oh the joys of being an Oldling Shari - hope things go ok today - thinking of you xxx Thanks for the texts I have had - they were lovely
kath
After spending a weekend in shoebox venues I SO wish I'd known Mika from the beginning... Don't like the stadium idea that much. Well I can see why artists themselves love the idea - and actually I think Mika does. We should ask him. I could live with the idea of him playing both stadiums and 4000-10.000 ppl venues. As long as he continues doing the latter... Yes, I would like both! BTW have I told you about the Lebanese chicken Kata and I had with Babspanky in London last Saturday? It was awesome! Can recommend it to all of you! :punk: Lebanese Chicken!!!!!!!!!!! OMG:naughty: SUZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AGRHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!Have an amazing time:shocked: Got to go..........oh hi AMP and Carry too !
AnnaMariaPetra
Wendi: get well soon:wub2: Blue: you had Lebanese Chicken...? AnnaMariaPetra
Oldlings, at first I didn't want to bother you with my grieve, but you all feel like a (MFC-)family to me, so here it is. I am very sad at the moment because last saturday a dear friend of ours died suddenly. He was as old as my husband, 42. His wife is my niece (cousine, I never know the difference). They have two very young children, 5 and 2 years old. We are still in unbelieve, he was so young and healthy. And above all a very friendly and caring person. The cremation won't be untill next friday-morning. I'm using the MFC as a distraction now, reading reports of gig and other thread take my mind off of sad things. Shari, holding a good thought for you. Suzy -- I feel like this for you Wendy -- go back to bed and recover! Not that I don't want to see you, I just want you to get well! Kath -- MFCer! Blue! I haven't read all the way back... I need to hear more about your Palladium exploits! Robi -- well, just "hello there!" Look at the time... it's Terrible Tuesday AGAIN! But... it's 4 days before Mika so that's not as Terrible as it could be... Will pop in and out all day, as usual! dcdeb

AnnaMariaPetra
Finally our turn came. Kathy went first, and then Mary-Lune. Then it was my turn, I gave him a keychain I got for him that I thought was soo funny.. It's a cow, and when you squeeze it, a brownish jelly just bulges out like the cow is pooping..... Yeah, I know, I'm immature. But so is Mika. He loved it and thought it was really funny. He kept squeezing it and laughing lol !! And then we left.... walking on a CLOUUUUUD !!!! Hahaha: have you read this report, Hootch? just pooping on before heading out...read up on lastnights gig.... and yes - i realize that i just wrote pooping instead of popping.... so much going on here in this thread! - i will have to catch up on everything when i get back from work today!
